The company should be more specific on day of service. The company has it listed that it's a 24 hour service any time and one hour delivery. Yet when I called I was informed that the company only junks cars Monday-Thursday. Then when asked to clarify the employee did a horrible job of explaining policies. I wouldn't even waste my time with the company.

Website and advertisements lie. They don't want my car because it has already been stripped of usable parts, even though the website says they buy any car even for scrap.

Up front about age and condition of car and that there wasn't much to salvage. They still took it off our hands and quickly, which was very helpful to us. I would recommend them!
