They changed my Ac compressor and drier, and recharged the system. Got me in and out fast.

Highway robbers!! They will tell you one price then after the service is done they will charge you more. They had me blocked in as if they were expecting resistance.

Everybody make sure before you come here I was called ask price tires. They told me something when I come here different story the other one the employee no respect you no professional.

This people are scammers , they tell you one price and then change it once’s stalled . Actually remember the cheap now is expensive later … they told me 150 per tire and end up paying $650 the same price of 2 brand new tires . It was a emergency and it was snowing that night , so I didn’t check the tires they put because I was mad for the price and complaining . Those tires are fake , they use something to dig the tread!!!

Anthony and his mechanics hands down are the most professional and knowledgeable mechanics I trust. And got the best prices in Charlotte. I appreciate you all for getting my truck straight when all the other mechanics failed me.

Highly recommended. They were SUPER BUSY and yet they took me in fixed my Motorhome tired was in and out in 1 hour. I couldn't believe it myself. Price was fair and honest. People were kind and professional. A true gem in this industry

I had problem with a truck.They told me to bring a truck in their shop and when he arrived they told that he have to wait until morning next day,when the next day come(Saturday)they said he have to wait to the monday.They charge for diagnostic $201.09 Imagine serious truck shop with no possibility to pay with card. For just checking the problem they want to charge if you don’t want to fix. But the problem can fix without changing expensive part. So either you pay for their checking the problem which you know or fix. Otherwise they block you until they pay.

I trust Tone with my trucks hands down. He is always available to help us keep our wheels rolling. No matter what time of day Tone will make a way to help us. Tone is helpful when it comes to answering questions about our trucks and he is responsive. Tone answers the phone any time of the day. More importantly, his mechanic work is top shelf. We have never had to take our trucks back for the same problem. Tone fixes your trucks right the first time. Again, great mechanical work. Tone is truly a master mechanic. I highly recommend C & M Truck Mechanic.

Don't do it, an absolute nightmare! If you value transparency, a repairman who stands behind their work, doesn't hide - while only taking payments via cashapp or zelle and not in person like a business owner should, or you rely heavily on you commercial vehicle for your livelihood stay far away. My brake line was severed. Zavia came out, plugged the line so it could be driven to their shop and they fix it. The nuts were sized due to rust and he didn't want to snap the metal brake line when he came to me. He got the we work done in a few hours. Zavia and Tony were great to deal with. Seem like good guys. I would go here again. The price was fair. Thanks fellas.

Cesar you’re the worst shop ever to work with. We did the services at this place but he didn’t finish the work than in less than a week the truck start leaking oil and he said I can fix it for extra charge, but the this oil leak won’t be happen if he was putting just a seal from first place.

This is a Super bunch of guy's! It was very ? that I found them. The whole group is from Jamaica so they're just a Super Easy Going Guy's!!!!

i have had the worse time dealing with this guy !! he is unprofessional and will try to milk you for your money i recommed to not go to this guy at all !! he is not a likeable person and is a greedy individual!! please do not think twice do not use this guys comppany for any services !

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Unprofessional, rude, lazy and most importantly clueless at their job and they charge you a fortune for their so called service. One of our company truck broke down on the highway. We called them up and after an hour and 45 minutes of waiting someone finally showed up, he didn’t bring proper tools with him and had to go back to bring them. We had to wait another 2 hours because of their mistake and guess what happened in the end ?! Instead of 2 hours of work they wrote us a bill for 5 hours. obviously we refused to pay and ended up calling cops on them for taking our truck hostage. Stay away from these scammers. They will do anything to drag their time and make you pay for it.

My interaction with Tony was professional and competent. The air conditioner was repaired and working great. I would highly recommend this company and intend to use them for any future diagnosis and repairs.

Paid Tony to replace my radiator….he used a zip tie and called it fixed. Truck broke down 4 times.. Worst service Ever!!!! Ending result took tractor to a reputable company (Freightliner) and found hoses had not been properly secured, a zip tie was used instead properly mounting and securing (the owner said it would have taken too much time to do it correctly), a line was manipulated to ensure the zip tie wouldn’t be obstructed. Ridiculous! Tony of C&M stated “they made no mistakes” Save ur company and try anyone else before you go here.

I’ve been to this shop a few times and up until my last 2 visits they have been phenomenal. I had a bunk removed and the mechanic broke my window (I let that slide bc ish happens) but this last time I paid Tony to replace my radiator and he used a zip tie and called it done. When I brought it to his attention his words were “we aren’t responsible for broken bolts and u will have to pay extra for that” What you Don’t believe me? I’ve got pictures New exciting update***** truck broke down 4 times on the way to repair what C&M failed to do. Coolant spilled everywhere. I originally chose this company bc I thought they were different from the “other guys” Nope - won’t be back!
