Awesome dealership! I live in Georgia and saw a 4Runner for sale that I fell in love with. I couldn’t leave town to come and check everything out, so I was going on faith that it would be what I wanted. After lots of pictures, phone calls and text messages, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased. The car was delivered to me earlier than expected and it was total white glove service. I have purchased plenty of cars in the past, but I can honestly say this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever made. Amin and his team are awesome, very up front and trustworthy. Next time I’m in the need for another car, he will be getting my business!!!!

Very good selection of cars, no pressure process. I came initially to buy Infiniti g35 but decided to test drive a cooper s which was also a manual transmission, really liked it and bought it. On my way back home I changed my mind and to my surprise when I called Amin, he said no problem, just bring back the paperwork and pay the difference (g35 was more expensive). So the next day I came over and picked up the Infiniti. On the day I was test driving the cars I pointed out to Amin that Infiniti had very dark engine oil, so when I came to pick it up it had fresh oil, new windshield wipers and freshly cleaned. That's a high end customer service, so I definitely recommend this place and will do business again when I need another vehicle.

I drove 3hrs to get a car from this dealership, solely on the word of Amin, upon reaching the dealership Amin himself was detailing the car. I test drove the vehicle, and just like he said it was great. I bought the car, drove 3hrs back home with no issues. This Ridgeline is my daily driver and has given me no problems. Amin has checked on the car several times. He was very friendly, kept his word through the buying process and made me feel like a valued customer. I’m a two time happy buyer from Carolina Auto Imports! Amin, Brian and the entire team are the reason this company is great. There is no pressure! Brian, the detail man, makes a close up video of each car and the cars sell themselves! March 2021, I found my dream car on their website. An all black 2010 Lexus Sc430. ( only 420 Sc430 cars were made Worldwide in 2010, their last year ) I was 72, an old school Texas lady. I couldn’t imagine buying a car I’d never seen from people I’d never met. I flew into Charlotte, Amin picked me up in the dream car. I also met Brian and Amin’s Dad ( the patriarch of Carolina Auto Imports). Trust was established and the deal was made. 2 hours later I was on a plane back to Texas. 10 days later my dream car was delivered and my 2008 Sc430 was on its way to N.C. Fast track to March 2024. Amin calls He has a cream puff 2010 Smokey Granite Mica with only 14,447 miles. I said “Yes!” No need to fly in this time. My new dream car was delivered and the black 2010 SC 430 was on its way back to Charlotte. If you want a special car, call Amin.

Best experience I've had with an auto dealer. Amin & his team are auto enthusiasts - not the 'sales' type that you typically deal with. Great communication, transparent, and put simply - just folks with solid integrity. Love my Acura TL - but if I upgrade I'm calling Amin before any dealer in town!

Another excellent transaction between Amin and myself. My 2008 caddy CTS broke down with 270000 miles on it and it was time to put her to rest. My husband used it as his daily driver but now needed a truck to get to work bc of the snow in Pennsylvania. I called Amin and he was on the hunt for a Ford expedition preferably lower mileage and in nice condition. 3 days later he found the one that we settled on. When the truck checked out Amin called us to let us know it was ready and we booked our flight to NC. I checked out the truck and signed the paperwork. I got on the road and it drives great! I highly, highly recommend Amin. He is thorough and conscientious. Picked me up from the airport and kept checking on me while traveling. The best service and vehicles around!Thanks Amin!

This is how every dealership experience SHOULD be. Amin and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. They have nice cars on the lot, that have been taken care of, and in our case, still covered under warranty. Amin made sure to address the issues I noticed, even BEFORE I had a chance to mention them to him (detailing, rim repair, window switch malfunction). You can tell he wants to make sure he is selling you the right car, in the best condition possible, so that his customers are as happy as can be. I did not expect to pull into this place and buy a car, but he turned this skeptical buyer into a future repeat customer. My wife is loving her LR4. Thanks again!

Amin. Is. The. Man. This guy and this dealership are the real deal. Very professional, responsive, accommodating, reliable and so much more from start to finish. Very transparent with us on anything we asked. My husband and I were very impressed. Absolutley worth our drive from out of town to do business with him. Not your typical car salesman. I just purchased a Subaru BRZ from Carolina Auto Imports and couldn't be happier about my experience with them. The entire process was extremely easy and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. This vehicle is a manual, which I don't have any experience driving before due to not having the opportunity to learn thus far. Amin offered to teach me how to drive one in his personal vehicle if I had decided to make the purchase. I put a down payment on the car on Friday night, left it overnight, and after finalizing everything, Amin took me driving in his car for 4 hours until I got the hang of everything and coached me through driving the BRZ for an hour afterwards. He then rode home with me in the car to make sure I got it back alright, Uber'd back to the dealership, and refused to let me cover the cost of his trip. I highly recommend this car dealership due to the level of professionalism they displayed, their willingness to negotiate, and the amount of effort they put in to assisting me get my dream car.

I just purchased a used 2011 4Runner from this company and I couldn’t ask for a more thorough sale. Amin was detailed in every way. The deal was made over the phone. The pictures were so clear that I didn’t have to drive 4 hrs to look at it. It was clean and mechanically sound. He went as far as changing oil, new weather tech floor mats, new tires, new brakes, windshield wipers, fueled up, and much more. I didn’t only get a great car but I gained a friendship. I know where I’m going to buy my next car!

I can’t say enough good things about Carolina Auto Imports!!!! I searched for an entire YEAR for a very specific Audi and when I saw that they had exactly what I wanted, I jumped on it. Amin, the GM, was absolutely wonderful about the entire transaction from the first call to the last! He just really made everything so easy for me between the financing to the shipping of the car. Even afterwords with getting my registration and plates sent to me, everything really was just flawless. I literally had no stress during this entire ideal. I’ve sat in car dealerships years prior to this, for hours and hours on end- and buying this car over the phone, out of state, was still easier than all of that. Came across Carolina Auto Imports online and was emailed back instantly by Amin. Very fast response time between emails and even went as far as FaceTiming me to show me the car. I was 600 miles away so couldn't physically see the car. Ended up making the purchase after receiving the car fax report, Porsche PPI inspection, receipts and all other paperwork for the car from him. He even set up the shipping process for me. He walked me through the entire process with videos of it being loaded on the trailer the day it left. And called me to make sure the car arrived. This is the first time I ever bought a car online and without seeing it in person and Amin made the process hassle free. Would highly recommend dealing with them and see myself doing future business with them. Great dealership to deal with.

First time dealing with Carolina Auto Imports. I live in New Jersey and this was my first time buying a car without physically seeing it. The general manager Amin was awesome. He sent me a few videos of the car upon request with no hesitation and was extremely transparent with me about everything. He stayed in contact with me the entire time until the car and title were delivered to my door. Cannot speak highly enough of Amin and the team at Carolina Auto Imports. I purchased my vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped to Seattle. It arrived looking fantastic, exactly as it had been prepared for delivery. From the moment I first talked Amin he went way beyond the call to ensure everything was perfect. Amin is the man. I bought this car from out of state and he was very transparent and honest from the start. He facetimed me to show me the vehicle and even took the car to a local dealership to have a pre-purchase inspection done. He is very prompt at responding back to you and doesn't try to pressure you into anything. I highly recommend him especially for people buying from out of state. His service and professionalism are outstanding and, of course, he picks you up from the airport in your dream car :)

I shot out a pretty bland email, just asking if they ship cars, and I got a great response from Amin. He gave me a fair price, and made everything as easy as could be. I originally come to CAI to look at another car, but found something I liked better. Amin was my sales person. He is the nicest guy with such a great spirit. His dad and the other employees are really nice as well. Amin made me feel comfortable in my buying experience. He was not pushy and he did not try to rush me in my decision making. I had a very good experience with my purchase from Amin. I went there with a specific vehicle to purchase and ended up with something different that I liked even better. My trade allowance was very fair and better than offers I had received from other places. The price of the car I purchased was below retail and the atmosphere was laid back and fun. Amin and his dad (who is also very nice) have a good thing going! I would purchase from Carolina Auto Imports again and would also refer friends and family. One more thing definitely worth mentioning is that Amin offered to keep my aftermarket wheels for me until my husband and I could come back to get them. He even said he would bring them to us if he was in our area first. This was greatly appreciated since the awesome little BMW I purchased could not accomodate them.
