Mark and Clayton were amazing! I’m a new foodtruck owner so I’m pretty clueless on a lot of things ..but first time meeting Mark and Clayton, they put me at ease ;) Almost like a brother and father like figure to me …lol …they were like, don’t worry, just give us a call when you have a question or need help and we’ll do what we can. Thank you guys …I hope you won’t hear from me for a long time , but your phone number is def saved as my speed dial ??
I had a terrible experience with this business. Customers be very wary when dealing with these guys. They overcharged me for the parts and did other work on the truck without authorizing me first about it. I tried to reach out to the owner to no avail beforehand. My truck sat there 3 days with only a call back telling me my bill was 3,800.00. Initially the truck was brought to the shop by my driver and met him there. The plan was to replace the EGR valve and that was it. The owners employee even said out his own mouth that this job should be around 1,200. I left and waited a day. I called and no one answered. My driver who is familiar with them called and they answered for him and told him tomorrow. 2 days later my bill is 3,800 with all these extra charges they added to the bill. The worst part. The truck ran the same because they not only just threw the part in there they didn’t install it properly or program it right on the computer. I have a Freightliner Century by the way. This experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Please be cautious and aware of this business and their services.
