Terrible work done, rude customer service from “Jim”, he seems genuinely unhappy and curses at customers unprovoked luckily I came here and not to their office to talk in person….BUT DO NOT SPEND money with them unless you like being disrespected.
Horrible man idk why he lied I had documents but it was hell finding it because it wasn't fast enough he got all mouthy and nasty with me so I told him off himself yeah it was wrong but when you sitting there calling me names telling me am I stupid have I never ran a business yeah on top of that I told you I had others waiting so I ended up handling my business but as a man your word is everything you said you were 10 minutes away coming directly to me I cancelled on someone and had to beg them back because I gave you a chance lesson learn never take people at full value on there word make em back it up
Had a horrible experience with talking and texting the rep trying to junk my car even after being spoken too rudely we still went on wit texting and he was even more nasty in the text thread ..update im glad you came back and added that cause i had what you requested if you wasn’t being nasty you could see that in our text thread

I called to receive a quote for my vehicle. The older gentleman that answered had an attitude from the very beginning of the conversation. He asked what was wrong with it and as I tired to explain what was wrong he interrupted me and asked if the car ran. As I tried to explain that he interrupted me again and said $600. Once I tried to talk again he thanked me began to just loudly repeat the price of $600. He was incredibly rude and as someone who has been around mechanics and auto dealers my whole life I can definitely say this guy is a huge jerk and won’t recommend anybody to this place.
Oh lord, don't call here by accident after talking to Jim, he'll just cuss you out. I'm calling around trying to find someone to pick up a clunker, he decided he wasnt interested. I accidentally called him back, as I was calling every place nearby, and was trying to apologize as he proceeded to just get offensive and cuss at me. He acted like he didn't hear me... bad day Jim? Fine. Learn to control your anger and be professional in all situations...

I left a voicemail Wednesday evening about selling my daughter's car. After a missing his callback, I spoke to Jim Friday morning and we scheduled a pickup. Within two hours of our initial conversation the car was loaded on his truck and my daughter received payment on the spot. This car holds a lot of memories for us and it was surprisingly emotional to see her go, but Jim was friendly and made this process quick and easy. While other companies like Peddle use a third party to complete the transaction a week later, it was nice to work with a local business to have this done the same day with no hassle.

My car broke done on the hwy. It's old with issues so I decided to junk it. He agreed to send his driver to pick it up, but would be a bit, but never heard back after sending a text to let him know I was on the way back to the car. I called several times but no answer. I was able to reach him using my son's phone. He agree to send his driver that never called or showed up. When I called James he said he would get up with driver then call me back. He texted the driver is coming when I texted for confirmation. We waited in the dark for a pick up that never happened. He didn't call me or anything. He said he fired the driver and he doesn't come out at night, which is fine, but he didn't have enough respect to call me to let me know knowing I was waiting on the side of the highway. Bad business sir.

He keeps focusing on his age and why he doesn't go out late, I understand that. the issue is he never let me know his driver wasnt coming after firing him knowing I am waiting on the side of the highway. Of course, I was blowing your phone up, I was waiting on the side of the highway.

I’ve had a car sitting around for years that was in the way and served no purpose. I called Cash Now Car & to see what I could get for it if they came and picked it up. Jim answered the phone and gave a good price so I told him to come pick it up. He got there quick, paid me what he said he would and now I don’t have the eye sore in my driveway.
