I had already bought an engine from them and it worked 100% fine and is still running to this day. They have loyal customers and I will refer them to anyone who is in need of an engine. I would have given this company a 0 star if possible. Horrible customer service. After paying for the engine I ordered, they indicated that it won't get delivered until a month later so I requested to cancel. As soon as I submitted the request to cancel, all of sudden my order was shipped. They provided a tracking number but it was not even valid. I am now requesting for a refund and they want to charge me a restocking fee and two way freight cost for something that never arrived. My mistake was that I did not look them up through BBB prior to submitting my order. BEWARE! their accreditation through BBB was REVOKED! This is evident that they cannot be trusted.
