Impressed with the work with the tint! Blocking the UVA, UVB, and IR really made our long drive much more enjoyable and comfortable. The curing took as long as indicated.

They did a great job of tinting for the front windows on my MY. Used a Groupon and took an appointment. Opted to pay extra for a premium ceramic tint. Took about 45 minutes. I'll recommend them.

Took my Gladiator in for some window tint. While the tint was getting done I shopped around and found 2 pairs of kc off-road lights. By the time I was done shopping my jeep was done and I was on my way. Windows look great and I’m extremely happy. Thanks guys

Took my truck to another shop for a bad wobble. After paying they told me the truck still wobbles. Ended up at this shop and they knew exactly what was going on, repaired within one week and my truck was in and out in half a day! This truck runs my business so i was happy we were barely down; and the price was more than fair for the expertise. If you have any sort of lifted or custom truck, this is the place to go. Personal or business Couldn't recommend this shop more.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond to keep me informed to make sure I made the right purchases. Noah is a top notch employee and person, I will be coming back again solely for his expertise. Travis is an excellent window tinter, he gave me a thorough consultation to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, I ended up with the best tint job I’ve ever had. This is the place to go in Indiana for all your automotive needs and questions, the quality of their work here is second to none, and the staff are exactly who you need to have working on your vehicle. All the pricing for their services was very fair, especially for the quality of work they’re doing here. I will never take my truck anywhere else now that I’ve found this place.

In the past this would be my go to shop, I spent well over 15k in parts less then one year ago but called in today to order a $400 part I can get online for $350 with free delivery from Extreme terrain and received a $2160 in labor quote for install of a $1400 lift kit I purchased from Extreme Terrain minus the over priced $400 drive shaft then paying for the alignment of $150 and $99 shop fees and at first to keep the appointment they wanted everything paid up front $2160 ? Am I missing something? They would have in possession my $35k vehicle that I’m dropping off with $1400 in new parts I just purchased then I’m told to pay half the $2160 when I drop it off to hold my appointment? As a compromise? What’s happen to ( you get paid when you follow through and do the work you agreed to do in this county ? ) You know how many hack shops operate this way and once they have all your funds nothing protects you from them saying ( sorry your car isn’t repaired as promised because you need this that and another to complete the task ) for someone living two hours away that’s a nightmare because your now are out on rental fees or using another car but hard pass on what used to be a awesome place to shop because guys like Trevor in sales made it a awesome experience and a feel good moment even if you over paid a little but you knew the work was going to be solid ? Mind you last time I paid for everything after the work was finished. That was all done out of my own convenience because I purchased Fabfour front and rear fenders for a Jeep jk and had a fox stealing stablizsr installed. Sad to say the new face lift has brought on poor business practices. The one thing I loved about a good Indy trip was stopping off at 4 Wheel parts / Now Total off planet and more and visiting the local strip club. Well time to find a new place to spend my funds…… but I’m still packing a sock for a $1 for the ladies

I can't believe this place is still in business. In fact, I thought they were closed because everytime I drive by, there's not a single vehicle in their parking lot. It's been three years since the last time I was here. Every single time I was in, I was completely ignored. All the money I've spent on my Jeep and not a dime of it has been spent here. I heard the ownership had changed so I thought I'd give them another shot. Nope. Went in yesterday looking for a new set of tires, walked around for a while and neither one of the two employees working offered any assistance. I was the only person in the store. They must do all their business online. I can't believe after all these years, that's everyone's complaint with this place and they're still like that. That's okay though. I went around the corner to MB Auto and Mike got me a great deal on a set of Ridge Grapplers. MB is just a small, two man shop, but ALWAYS manage to go above and beyond for their customers.

Came In to get new wheels & tires for my ‘01 Tacoma. Gwen, Trevor, John and the Techs were super helpful in answering all my questions. They helped me choose what I wanted and worked with me when running into some issues. I can’t speak on their work outside of wheels & tires, but given how they handled my needs, I would definitely trust them with bigger jobs in the future. Thanks Guys.

This is my go to place for all of my truck needs. Super friendly staff. I’m greeted right when I walk through the door every time. John, Gwyn, and Trevor are extremely helpful on answering all of my questions. They seem to be a very experienced shop and have a staff full of knowledge. I will always recommend this place to friends and family and will continue to fulfill all my truck needs here for years to come!

Never had anything but a bad experience here. Years ago I had purchased something from their website on sale. When I arrived to pick it up they couldn't locate it, tried to charge me again, and then tried to tell me that I had to pay full price and that they wouldn't honor their discounted price on the website. Fast forward a couple years. I reached out to them several times over the span of 2 years for a quote to do some work on my vehicle. Not once in 2 years did I ever hear back from them. Never got a quote, never got asked if I'd like to schedule something. Literally no response whatsoever. As of today I'm giving up on trying to do any kind of business with them. I see the owner has responded and they have no record of me. I can't say I'm surprised seeing as I've never been able to communicate with anyone there. Asking me to alter my review because you're a new business doesn't work pal. It's an honest review because your staff can't seem to communicate. I see a lot of other reviews saying the same thing too. If you don't want to be affiliated with 4wp or whatever you should take that up with Google or maybe take the huge sign that says 4wp down off your building.

The entire staff at 4 Wheel Parts was extremely helpful. Their knowledge is outstanding. Well, I wish I would have held off on writing this review. The truth is I have never experienced worse customer service. 4 Wheel talked me into purchasing my new Jeep hardtop directly from them instead of purchasing from the manufacturer. Big mistake. My top was installed on 7/26/2023 and it has leaked from day one. I have called and talked to Trevor or left messages for Trevor at least twenty five (25) times. However, I have never received a return call, not once. When I call, all I get is excuses why they haven’t followed up. Apparently, they just don’t care. If you need off road parts, I would recommend you go anywhere but 4 Wheel.

Buyer Beware. This store will take your money and then never provide your order. I ordered steps for my Jeep to be delivered to my home. Folks at the counter were nice, answered every question I had then ordered everything for me. This is where the scam takes place. A week later no steps are delivered, I called the store and I receive some excuse about weather in Pennsylvania slowing down shipping. I then ask for a tracking number and I am told no problem I will send it to your email on the invoice. No email. I call again and this time I am told the same lie. Again no tracking information. After 5 phone calls with the same non-answer I am told the steps are at the store. I inform them I had them shipped to me and they need to send them as paid for. Again I receive the lie they will provide tracking information and they will ship in the morning. The next day I get a call from the store asking when I would like to bring in my Jeep for install. Again, I tell them my steps are to be shipped. The individual on the phone magically finds the notes on my order that says they need to ship. He then provides the same lie that the manager will provide me tracking information. As of today, still no information. Three weeks later I still have no steps and the store has yet to provide any information/status. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company as I still do not have what I paid for. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. There are better options online and with better service.

I had a great experience here! I had a few questions about the way my truck sits. Everyone here was very helpful! I didn’t have an appointment or anything. The assistant manager looked at it, and even brought a tech out with a tape. They listened to what I had to say, called BDS and gave me a quote. If I wasn’t leaving town so soon I would have scheduled the appointment without a doubt. Always a great time when I need to go to 4WP

I only trust 4 wheel parts with my Jeep. Every time I need something fixed it gets done right the first time and I don’t feel like they are trying to get me to buy something that the Jeep doesn’t really need. The staff is friendly and try to keep to schedule the best that they can. I did the mistake and took my Jeep to another shop because 4wheel was booked. Regretted it when my Jeep was damaged and ended up back at 4 wheel to fix what the other shop broke. Lesson learned. Why change a good thing. So I’m here again and will never let another shop touch my “ANONYMOUS”.

So 2 years ago I had a pretty good experience with 4 Wheel Parts more recently I have been there on 3 separate occasions waited over 20 minutes and and still had no help or even Greeted. I waited At the front desk with only 3 other customers in the store To ask a quick simple question about what they had in stock. And after waiting nearly 30 minutes I left.. I went next door to MB auto and was helped immediately. And i found what I needed at a fraction of the cost then what 4 Wheel Parts charges.

Guys were great. Communication was good. Quality of work exceptional. Prices are a little higher than you can get the stuff yourself but for the convenience of having a team of qualified pros assemble your rig, worth the extra. Thanks 4WheelParts! #2006TJ
