Roy was professional, friendly, and prompt. Fee was on par with industry standards so no surprises especially on a Saturday before the holiday. Gave helpful insight on my brake situation and didn't judge me for my terrible maintenance upkeep.

Roy’s the man to call, almost no one in the city would tow my motorcycle but Roy came through for me with a reasonable price.

My modified and lowered vehicle broke down not once but twice, and both times Roy was quick, friendly, and an absolute class act. He took care with my car, handled the low ride height like a professional, and the quality of service was far beyond his very competitive pricing.

Got a flat while on a long haul across the country and Roy got me fixed up and ready to go quickly. Got here within 30 minutes and changes my flat within 10. Was quick, friendly, and made the process painless. Would recommend if you’re stuck and need someone reliable!

He had a fast response even though it was a holiday very fair prices I'm not from around here so he told me where a tire shop close by was. If I ever need a tow again I will be calling roys towing

Very quick, polite & had a sense of humor. The time in between me calling, to him dropping the vehicle off couldn’t have been more than 35 minutes. I would most definitely recommend Roy’s towing!!

Roy was very nice and friendly!! He was the only one who answered me when I called for help. He helped me put on a spare tire for me when I had a flat tire. He was very fast!! I recommend everyone to go to him!!

Just had Roy come and do a complicated Tow job for me. My car suspension went out and I was denied by three different tow companies. Roy came and did a phenomenal job on my tow car still looks the same, even after all the complications and even in a time sensitive manner. very respectful guy and cares about his customers. Roy's tow service is the absolute best!!! I called my man Roy at 6:30am because I was stuck in the snow. He drove 45 minutes without hesitation to come and help me out. I had already called at least 10 other tow companies that did not answer. Roy is honest, his prices are great and he is one heck of a tow truck driver. Roy was awesome. He had went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He towed my vehicle to my residence because it had been stolen and he tried to jump it to see if we could get my vehicle to start. Fair prices, very professional and I really appreciated his service.

Roy did excellent work and was easy to work with. My car is really low to the ground and I was worried about it potentially being damaged in the move, but he not only got it to where it needed to be, but also got it (red car) turned and parked in the car port (where I actually wanted it even though I didn't think it was possible). Don't hesitate to use his services!

I am so very pleased with Roy’s towing LLC, Tuesday evening someone stole my car keys, with every key I owned on my key chain. I called Roy’s towing, and Roy himself towed my car home and also ordered me a new key for my car, because he is also a locksmith! The key they sent him had a bad chip and wouldn’t work, instead of giving up on me and my car, he ordered another key, (without my knowledge) and came back today(the next day) to get me going. He’s honest, trustworthy, professional and will work hard to leave his customers with a smile on their faces!, I would recommend him any day! Thank you Roy, you are awesome!!?

My car broke down as I was driving home on I-70 last week, and Roy was the only one who answered my call for a tow. Got to me ahead of when he said he'd be there, hooked me up and got me and my car to the shop for a reasonable price. Got to chat with Roy on the way to the shop and he's such a nice guy. Super easy to talk to, friendly as can be, really helped me calm down after I was in full on panic mode earlier that night. If I'm ever in need of a tow again, Roy's who I'm calling first, and I'm recommending him to anyone that needs help as well.
