Leah the sales rep was an excellent help. She has excellent customer service skills and also great knowledge of vehicle parts. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the parts I purchase even help me load my part always smiley which is a great welcome indicator felt like home
shady people they sell fatly parts and if they don't have another they say there is no warranty. The Presence sensor missing and a bad seat belt latch.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I usually dread going to Auto Parts Stores /Junk Yards having had bad experiences in the past but they are so helpful! Staff is Bilingual , VERY professional, super organized as well. Dayanna and Flor Were super helpful , easy going , found exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and was on my way before I knew it! Very much recommended!

Please see either one of these ladies and they will help you perfectly and they are fast and professional. Parts are good price. For a junk yard the office is clean. Also, a good area. No thugs or homeless folks lottering outside like some junk yards in Indianapolis.
Horrible service, don't even test there motors. Had 4 different people speak to me that had no clue what they were talking about. Never again. And their warranty sucks.

It’s convenient to have the parts ready for you, just task management lots of people and the ease of paying could be improved but overall it’s not bad . Beats going to a junkyard and getting the piece yourself

I've stopped here a couple of times, but, unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed, which happens in the "pre-owned auto parts" business. The young women at the counter was/is very personable and professional, and was able to give me the bad news quickly lol I'm sure, someday, they'll have a part I need.
I just to give a shout-out to Adrian that works the desk at Gonzala’s! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and was very polite. We had to make several trips out to my car just to make sure we were getting the right part, and it was very hot that day, and he did not complain once! He was able to hook me up with just what I needed. Very professional, and know what he is talking about when it comes to cars! Adrian was also nice enough to explain to me exactly how to put the piece on on my vehicle step by step. I will definitely be returning! Gonzala’s is now my go to for used auto parts!
Very friendly and prompt service. We purchased a drive shaft for our Nissan and it was in great condition. Good price and really nice people. Nicest salvage yard I have ever dealt with.
Super professional, friendly, and efficient. They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I had driven by Gonzalez numerous times over the years and never paid much attention, but the guy at Tire Barn said they were the place to go to get a rim and he definitely sent us to the right place. 10 minutes in and out with exactly what I needed for way less than I thought I would have to spend.
