Javier was very kind, and courteous. He's an excellent tow truck driver, I was very impressed. They also gave me the best tow price, and I explained to Mr Javier that I'm not native of Indiana. I had recently buried my whole entire family my household. Including my only sibling. While going through a divorce as well. He was very compassionate. And then they repaired my car that two other mechanics had completely, mishandled. They were only changing brakes, lol... Smh. This cost the rear right side will to break away from the car and come completely off and ruined the will itself. Luckily for me I was able to locate a rim just like the ones I had, and Javier and his team installed the wheel checked all the other brakes and will assemblies around the car, repaired my vehicle in a timely matter same day. And then sent me on my way with a discounted price. Thank you Javier and segovia Auto Express & towing.

Segovia's is saved in my phone with a star next to it they make dealing with the headache that is a broke down vehicle really easy and stress-free Javier is a super cool dude with a refreshing understanding and positive attitude towards his customers, they don't waste time getting the job done you don't find businesses like this anymore five stars and then some!

These guys are the best! My daughter had a flat on 465W in the fast lane. I called several companies but Segovias Towing had her towed in 15 minutes during rush hour traffic! Can’t thank these guys enough!
I came to Segovia's today when my muffler unexpectedly detached while I was on the interstate and they very luckily were within a mile away from where I was. They got me in right away and the mechanic, Wilson, who worked on my car, was extremely helpful explaining what went wrong and what he was going to do to fix it, and was upfront about cost from the beginning. It was a super efficient process with the best & most honest pricing I've found in the Indianapolis area. I will be returning here for all my future car repair needs!
When they say 24/7 towing they mean 24/7 towing! Segovia’s was quick getting to where we were stranded at , at 2am and got our car home safely! Definitely would recommend this business!

Another update years later… took my vehicle to them a few more times and they have always done a good job. This time he saved me from having to junk my car. These guys are as good as it gets.
If I could give them 10 stars I would...I had 2 vehicles down & they got them both running again and the price on rewiring my Pontiac was very very low compared to other people.. I was shocked..these guys have saved me thousands of dollars %!!!!!!! I will never use anyone else to fix my vehicles...amazing guys, friendly and didn't even charge me for some parts..the BEST hands down...& very fast, they don't mess around..
Highly recommend!! This place is the best!! We were passing through Indianapolis and were having trouble with our tire. We stopped at an auto parts store and were referred to Segovias Auto Express. They welcomed us with a friendly smile and got my car right in. It was fixed up very quickly. The people here are amazing, kind and generous. If I lived in Indianapolis, I would bring my car here every time it needed serviced!

I have been coming to Segovias for years now, and love the work ethic here. The entire team is very friendly and hardworking, and will fit you into their schedules. Prices are affordable, and the workers always make sure to run through everything they did to the car. I always leave pleased with their work, and highly recommend coming here. Needed my car towed and decided to give them a call. Even though they didn’t have a driver available in that moment they did some arrangements & were able to come within 35mins. Very honest and works quickly! I went for a coolant leak. Had already replaced quite a bit of my coolant system before going to them and they found the faulty part pretty quick. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Each time I've had my truck repaired here they are always fast and get right to the problem. These guys are efficient and know what they are doing. The last place I used messed around and my truck came back worse then it was before. I had a hard time finding a good reliable mechanic until Segovias. They are kind and trustworthy professionals. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop. I have been taking my car here for the last two years and never had an issue. The staff here are polite and efficient. Especially the owner is very attentive and professional. I've recommended this place to many friends and they always seem pleased.
