Very professional and courteous! Chris is a great guy!

Had an amazing experience with Chris Bussinger. I was driving across country with my dog and ended up getting a flat tire near Greenfield. After Triple A informed me it would take about an hour for the tow truck to get there, Chris (who was dispatched to me) called immediately after I hung up with Triple A and reassured me he’d be there in about 25min. Chris also explained what type of tow truck he’d be driving so I could identify him. He also made sure I was safely off to the side of the road and that he could identify me. Chris got there in less than 25min and got me all set up. He said all he needed was my keys and that I could go ahead and get me and my dog safely in the cab of his truck. So he got my car on his tow truck within minutes and headed to Walmart. Well, Walmart unfortunately didn’t have my correct tire to replace it. So Chris called his supervisor and explained the situation while I was on the phone with Triple A asking for an additional tow. Before Chris hooked my car up again he went out of his way to call two different tire shops in the area to make sure they had my tire size. As I don’t know much about cars he went above and beyond to make sure he was going to get me to a place that could take care of my tire. He even taught me how to tell where/what my tire size is. Chris ended up calling a tire shop that had my tire size and made me an appointment and towed me there. As soon as we got to the new tire shop he went to the mechanics and explained the situation before I even got out of the truck and got me all set up. Throughout the whole process we had great conversation, had no issues with my dog in his truck, and he reassured me that he was going to make sure he would get me to the right place that could fix my tire that day. Once we confirmed the tire shop could fix my tire that day, before he left he informed me to call him if anything else comes up and if I needed help. After a few hours passed and my car was just about ready to get back on the road, I got a call from Chris asking if everything was going alright and if the shop got a new tire on my car. Chris went above and beyond before, during, and after my flat tire situation. I would recommend him to anyone who is ever in that area in need of Towing and Transport. I’d give him 10/5 stars if I could. Thank you again Chris for saving the day, and showing me so much kindness along the way!

Chris from OTF towed our 20' U-Haul truck when it broke down. He was very friendly and professional. Clearly explained what he need to do and got the job done quickly and safely. While I hope it never happens again, if it does I hope Chris is around.

I had an excellent experience with this towing company. The situation was quite complicated because my vehicle would not shift into neutral, which made the process much more challenging than usual. Despite this, Chris was incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire service. What is normally a 20-minute job took close to an hour, but he took his time to carefully load and unload my vehicle without causing any damage. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciated his positive attitude and dedication to doing the job right. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I 1000% recommend this company — and if you can, Thank You Chris!

I needed a large delivery vehicle towed out of a tight, obstacle-filled parking garage at our delivery station, and Chris from OTF Towing handled it like a pro. He navigated the space with no issues and had the truck loaded onto a flatbed quickly. In my line of work, a reliable tow company makes a big difference, and Chris delivered. Our small business was servicing a customer, and we parked out front. We were there for a total of 15 minutes. No signs saying no parking on the street. We came out to our work truck on a tow truck with the driver demanding $100 to take it off the truck. This company is an absolute scam.

Chris was so nice. He worked quickly and safely. Was very courteous.

We had a transit van stuck in the snow and were in the process of trying to pull it out but wasn't having much luck. Daniel just happened to be driving by. He stopped and asked if we would like help getting it out of the ditch. He was quick and professional. I highly recommend using OTA Towing. When we are in need of a tow, we will be calling OTA first! Our mini-Van broke down just outside of Indianapolis. My wife and I and three kids -all in car seats- made this breakdown not only inconvenient, but unsafe. We called AAA and they sent OTF. Much to my relief they arrived quickly, in like 20 minutes. In addition to a tow, we also needed a ride to the local car rental. My wife and kids stayed at a restaurant, while the OTF driver kindly went out of his way to shuttle me to the car rental. This company went above and beyond. They refused to take a tip. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to OTF Towing & Transport.

At this point you guys are targeting me. A tow out of my own driveway in the middle of the night. Trying to say car was 1/2 way in grass when there are only tire marks on the edge of grass!! Impossible. Then when arriving to pick up car was immediately met with we not giving you the car in till boss gets here and I don’t know when that is. I might have been upset on the phone but walked in with nothing but respect.This woman made my child wait in the car in the freezing cold. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE JUST TO GET MY CAR !!

Terrible company. Couldn’t even attempt to knock on the door of the house the car was at before towing. Greedy shady company. Try make every excuse they can but are a company that works in bad faith. How disrespectful to not come try and contact the owner of the car 10 feet away!!! Come on be better and try and help the community you work in not take away from it !!!

Fantastic service. I was able to call and schedule a future towing for a motorcycle and they were timely, efficient, professional, and very skilled. I'll definately use them again when I need a tow........which I hope isn't for a while.

These guys/gals were great! A very nice woman answered the phone quickly, gave us a quote which was 30% lower than the other 2 quotes we had, and had a truck out to us in under 30 minutes. Driver was polite and loaded the car quickly and dropped it off without issue. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.

I absolutely can always rely on OTF. Never disappoints and is priced great in comparison to everyone else. Remember you get what you pay for. Quality for sure.

I called at the height of the icy roads here in Avon. I had a flat tire and did not realize it until I was in the middle of the street. Neighbors tried to help get the car back into the driveway, to no avail. When I called OTF, they handled my call as if I was their only customer of the day. They made sure to let me know the cost of my tow up front and that did not change. They also let me know how long my wait would be. When Daniel arrived, he patiently waited for my neighbor to move their vehicle so that he could get ro mine. He was very friendly and professional. He took great care with my car, getting it to the tire shop safely. I would 100% recommend OTF to anyone needing a tow!

Randomly called OTF Towing as my vehicle’s roadside assistance was experiencing an outage at this time of need and I needed to be towed to the service shop (and safety). My call was answered immediately by a human, I was able to text them coordinates to my location on an interstate, and they dispatched a truck which arrived quickly thereafter. The dispatched driver, “Lex”, was kind and courteous helping my wife and I get safely off of the interstate. Highly recommend OTF!

Daniel towed my husband vehicle today was very polite, with positive attitude and took well care of my husband vehicle. I would be a repeated customer for this tow company. Thank you Daniel for your kindness and seeming like it was your own property you was towing.
