I have used this service twice already, and I could not be happier with the service. They have communicated with me every step of the way. The drivers are given my number so they can contact me directly.
This last time, I used the service to make my car from impound the lady at place was taking her sweet time getting my documents processed that i was there for a total of an hour to get it resolved (keep in mind, i was the only person in there). The driver waited the whole time. He was very patient and was extremely nice. I highly recommend this towing service.
they connected the hooks to my tie rod and bent my entire car out of place and when I called MULTIPLE times to speak with someone I was never contacted back. Luckily my insurance is taking care of it but I have a baby at home and have been without a car for over a week due to them
Unprofessional service. Went to one location last night and the person working told me my car was at another location that was closed at 6:30 pm and he said that location opens at 8:30 am. I come to their location on post road at 10:30 and the doors are locked with no one inside the location. I call the number on the door which is routed back to a different location and the rude very Unprofessional woman who told me you have to give an hour notice in advance to come to this location despite their hours of operation being listed as Mon-Fri 8am-5:30 pm. I told her that is Unprofessional and her response was "I'm telling you now." And she would not give me her name or her managers name. They are not open and do not look like a functioning business. DO NOT do business with these ppl. Also the woman on the phone asked me what I was going to do as of she was inviting g me to come fight her. Again don't do business with these ppl.
