This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Indianapolis, IN, Go Green Auto shows a largely positive yet uneven record: 78/100. Many reviewers cite professional, knowledgeable staff, good prices, quick service, and an organized yard/database that makes parts easy to find; inventory is broad and often accurate. Strengths include friendly help, fair deals, and support loading/after hours. Complaints recur about rude or dismissive phone reps, closing-time brusqueness, surprise/expensive shipping or extra charges, and a few claims of damaged parts at full price; one called the site sketchy. Car sales draw praise, with issues resolved. Bottom line: value is strong, but customer service varies.
What clients say about Go Green Auto in Indianapolis (IN)
Terrible place do not buy anything from this place. They deceive people and sell damage parts that claim that don’t have any damage on them but still charge full price.. -0 rating
I had the chance to work with Danielle and she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! If you need a new car or just have questions about the process Danielle is the best!
I called for knuckle sprinter 4x4 after paying them they asked for extra mony n when i called they want 500 for shipping thats steal unprofessional n scanmer. Stay away dont waiist ur time
Came here this week to get a part for an Acura. They were professional, quick, accurate inventory with a high quality part. I will definitely use them again if necessary!
Tried to purchase a door handle, customer service rep said “I’m tired, we’re closing, I want to go home, call back tomorrow.” And I find that extremely unprofessional, which is a shame because I tried this business because of its great reviews.
We found this business while searching for a tire rim. Not only did they have one (like new condition), but their price was a fraction of anyone else’s.
Great place, so far theve always had what I needed. Ship seemed to be very organized. My parts were easily found within their huge invetory because they were where thier database said they were. Everyone was very nice, even helped me load a transmission in the back of a sedan!!
Bought a 2011 BMW 328i XDrive from here a couple weeks ago. They know their BMWs! They gave it quite an overhaul before selling so to keep the engine running longer. I at least know a good BMW place to go to instead of the BMW $tealership.
I have a Mechanic shop and usually order my used parts from Go Green, Moe is the manager and he is very nice to deal with, fair prices and good quality. Highly recommend for used parts
