Reply below is incorrect- driver texted us on a Friday (rather than called) and we replied in a few hours and they immediately rescheduled, committing instead to coming at 10:30 on the next Monday. The driver didn't show up and didn't answer phone but dispatch did. Dispatch said they were catching up and we were on the list, called 2 more times on Monday where we were advised they were coming to no avail.
