We re-arranged our days twice waiting for them to pick up our car and they didn't show both days, with no communication on their end. Wouldn't recommend as they don't respect others' time or communicate proactively when things go wrong. --- Reply below is incorrect- driver texted us on a Friday (rather than called) and we replied in a few hours and they immediately rescheduled, committing instead to coming at 10:30 on the next Monday. The driver didn't show up and didn't answer phone but dispatch did. Dispatch said they were catching up and we were on the list, called 2 more times on Monday where we were advised they were coming to no avail.
