Shawn just came and towed my car. Was very patient and waited for me, was very fast and efficient yet very careful with the vehicle and delivered it to service shop as promised. Excellent service and would recommend!

Shawn and his associate Julius were incredibly fast, professional, and kind. When Julius came to change my tire he let me know that the spare tire was the wrong one, checked to see if my tire could be patched, and when we realized it couldn’t he stayed until Shawn arrived with the tow truck. They made sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the process, and made what could have been an absolute nightmare significantly easier.

After requesting roadside assistance through my insurance company, Shawn called immediately to give me an ETA. He arrived very promptly He was very friendly and professional.

I booked Shawn 2.0 through my insurance when I got a flat tire, and I won't ever go through anyone else but Shawn again! He was extremely communicative, arrived earlier than expected, was incredibly kind and personable, and really exceeded all expectations! 10/10!!

I cannot recommend Shawn 2.0 Towing LLC enough. My truck died, and I was stuck on the side of the road, fully expecting to wait forever like you do with every other towing company. But Shawn completely changed that. He was on the scene crazy fast, way quicker than I thought was even possible for roadside assistance in Indianapolis. He was definitely on point! He professionally jumped my truck and got me back on the road, providing a huge amount of relief when I needed it on this rainy day. Found Shawn completely random as recommend by a fellow towing co that didn’t tow cars. Fantastic service from Shawn. They came faster than indicated and the owner himself happened to service me. He was very professional and knew exactly where to take the car which went from Whitestown to Tom Wood Lexus. I was lucky as Shawn was running a promotion which saved me over $100 - good grief in light of the car problem.

I broke down this week and had the pleasure of calling Shawn’s Towing. The dispatch and driver were incredibly kind, they kept me informed about timing for my pickup, and the rates were low and competitive. I would recommend them to anyone and hopefully won’t have to use them again but if needed, I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

Answered the phone on the first ring. They were extremely courteous and professional. Got to my vehicle at pickup and drop off within an hour. Everything went perfect as far as how a tow could go. Willl use again.

I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I feel like I MUST write one about Shawn 2.0 Towing. I was driving up Zionsville road and I felt the clutch give way in my car. I was able to pull off to the side of the road and gave Shawn a call, literally just picked him off of Google. I'm glad I did. He was extremely professional. He kept me updated of his progress up until he got to the car. He was really friendly. He was just really great to talk to as he was putting my car on the truck and as he gave me, my wife, and our little dog Lucy, (pictured and tuckered out after her big adventure) who we had with us, a ride back to our house with the car. Really friendly, the price he quoted us was extremely fair, and he was informative throughout the process. I have already told people in my men's group about his towing service as I got home, and I will continue to give him a shout out any time anyone I know needs a tow! Give Shawn a call!

My car (Bella) was actin up; not starting, not moving sis was on vacation with no PTO. Tony and Shawn worked their magic and got my girl TOGETHER! Load and drop off was intentional and with care. Shawn 2.0 is very reasonable priced and quick to respond. Shawns driver Zach was there in a timely manner to pick up the truck from destination and getting it to repair shop with in a timely fashion. I called around to find a Towing service and they were all so expensive or unresponsive. What a relief that my friend recommended Shawn. I called him and he answered immediately. He was cordial on the phone and the price couldn’t be beaten. When he got here, I seriously couldn’t get my car to start. I’d tried many times. I believed it would have to be towed. He looked at my keys, he said he was going to try it and he jiggled the key in a way that allowed the car to start! He said he wasn’t going to charge me either! Said I just needed to replace a simple part in the ignition. What a blessing! You’ve got a customer for life, Shawn ?

Shaun did a fabulous 10 star job! He was very careful loading the car and made sure it was secure. Very responsive and did exactly what he said he was going to do! Dropped the car off at the dealer and even filled out the key form with what I described was wrong with the car when he picked it up! He sent a video once he dropped it off showing where the car was including him dropping the key in the box to prove it was secure. Great job, Shaun!
