We have been bringing our vehicles to this South Arlington location for many years, long before it became part of the Caliber Collision family. The shop has always held a strong reputation in the community, and it has been impressive to see how Caliber has honored that history while elevating the customer experience even further. Our most recent visit followed an accident, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, the same warm atmosphere we have appreciated for years, now paired with Caliber’s polished processes and resources. They kept me fully updated throughout the entire repair, communicating clearly at every step so I always knew what was happening and when to expect the next milestone. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. The vehicle looked fantastic when it was finished, and the craftsmanship reflected the same pride and attention to detail that made this location a trusted spot long before the ownership transition. Polite and friendly service far and away better than I have experienced anywhere.. Updated consistently with understandable explanations of what was happening to my car...Hope I don't need their expertise again. But if I do I will know the best place to trust my vehicle for repairs

The communication was outstanding. The suggestions on how to handle a wreck was even better. The friendliness and detail-oriented professionals made a nerve wrecking experience a tolerable experience. Everyone you encounter will exceed expectations. Service was superb, great job repairing my car. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for any repair needs.

I dropped my car off on July 23rd and didn’t get it back until September 13th — nearly two months later. When I finally got it back, the work was far from acceptable. After just over a week, I had to bring it back on September 22nd because a panel underneath the car was hanging, the bumper they replaced and painted had bubbling under the tail light, and the bumper gaps were completely uneven. They also never replaced the damaged gas cap (which still has paint overspray on it) — despite receiving over $9,000 from insurance, which is absurd for this kind of poor-quality work. Inside, my door panel now rattles badly whenever I play music, and the car was returned filthy, covered in shop dust. When I brought these issues up, I was told the bumper would need to be repainted and that they’d call me once the new gas cap arrived to schedule another drop-off. I waited over two weeks with no call, so I reached out on October 6th. The front desk worker told me they had received the gas cap and would speak with the manager and call me back — no one ever did. I called again on October 8th and was told the front desk worker was on vacation and that I’d supposedly been scheduled for a drop-off on the 16th — a date no one ever discussed with me. I explained that I can only drop off on Mondays due to work, so they changed it to October 13th. Overall, this experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing from start to finish. I’ll update this review after they attempt to fix my car again, but so far, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. -Updated Oct. 10th- Took my car to the dealership for an oil change and the wheel that caliber replaced was also missing a lug nut, which I had to pay for out of pocket. -Updated Oct. 27th- I got my car back today and I am satisfied with the updates. They fixed the rattle on the interior, replaced the gas cap, and the gaps are 95% better. I can't give a 5 star due to timing and inconvenience, but the Manager Josh goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied.

The staff was very polite and helpful. One of the most impressive things is a thorough process that they follow to the letter.

Brent stepped in to handle the situation and saved the day. He had me bring my car back in and they adjusted things to make the alignment perfectly flush. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity and pleasant demeanor Brent had with making this situation right. Despite the difficulty in the beginning, I would still recommend this shop as they made the situation right and provided a rental for me cost free. If I could give Brent 6 stars I would. Got in my first accident and I didn't know what to do. I talked to Karen and she wrote my estimate, explained all the repairs and what parts would be used, she also explained the insurance process and all the steps and what to expect. She even called my insurance adjuster to set up everything with my rental. She pretty much handled everything and kept me updated on what was going on. I didn't really have to lift a finger once she took over. I got my car back earlier than I expected and she went over everything they did do it again at the end. I am so grateful for you guys, specially karen!!!! You are a life saver! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was really happy with the service here! Everyone was super friendly and they got my car fixed up quickly without overcharging. They explained everything in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. Definitely feels like a place you can trust, and I’ll be back next time I need work done!

So.... stoppped in to get a quote for body repair. The receptionist was explaining to someone else how they don't actually have appointment times available even though appointment times were shown available on the website because it's a glitch that isn't a glitch and it's a Monday. I asked about rocker panel repair and told them the make and model of the vehicle and the lady behind the desk told me we don't work with rust. Are you a body repair company or not? She said something about replace not fix, to which I said fine. I am a painting contractor so I understand, but I never say no. Another lady came out, glanced at my photo on phone showing a small area of damage under door, and said repsirs start at $8,000. I wouldn't stop here if I were you and here's my two cents. maybe they want to pull dents with suction cups or only easy repairs or insurance work. Very incorrect customer service. I'm asking basic questions as a customer with money after stopping in. I wouldn't trust them with body repair because initial impressions are where there's smoke there's fire

They kept me apprised of all repairs and the timeline. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They got the repairs done an entire week early which was such a wonderful surprise! Definitely would recommend!

Nobody enjoys dealing with car repair but the team at Caliber Collision near Beech Grove Indiana will make you appreciate the experience. My primary contact was Michelle. She knows how to treat a customer, was excellent with her communication and clearly cares about what she is doing. The only issue we had with the repair was due the insurance company requirement to use an aftermarket part. The Caliber team had the skill to make it right anyway. Our car is as good or better than it was before the accident. Paint match is spot on and all repairs are warranted forever. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

My vehicle was struck by a flying bumper (thanks to INDOT's lackluster job of keeping the interstates clear of accident debris and a woman doing her makeup while driving who drove right through said bumper) and it destroyed my front bumper. They were recommended by my insurance company and I'm glad I chose them! Amy was incredibly insightful and kept me up-to-date via texts. They even vacuumed my floor boards! I highly recommend them.

Brent and His office staff and his mechanics did such a wonderful job. On our car! We were totally impressed with not only the service and dedication but they fixed our bumper so that it wouldn't drag on the ground! If you guys follow me I give honest reviews as I see it. This place specifically gave us good results. They communicated the entire time and no lies were told. The vehicle was there for 2.5-3weeks to receive the best care possible. I recommend that the organization look into making sure this team is well compensated (no food parties) with bonuses! Also, they need to ensure that EVERY Caliber runs equally as smoothly! That’s my verdict!

The other person's insurance picked this place to repair my car, so I was skeptical. However! They were amazing! Nice, friendly, caring people. Excellent communication! They kept me informed with the whole process, step by step. They never hesitated or acted we were bothering them when I called with a question. They dealt with the insurance company directly and helped with my rental. They did an excellent job at repairing my car. When I picked up my car, it had also been vacuumed out. Which was a pleasant surprise, especially when you have kids! You know there's always a french fry in there. LOL! I highly recommend them!

I couldn't be happier, and my happiness is of paramount importance. The body man is an artist. Quality collision damage work was completed earlier than scheduled, and the good folks here made the entire process as painless as possible by coordinating with insurance and rental car company.
