I waited for over 5 hours for a wrecker from the first service my insurance company called to never show up. So glad they called Hix wrecker service. I rceived a prompt return call from a professional dispatcher and factual information on arrival time. The Driver John could not have been nicer, or more competent. I was home with my vehicle before I received a call from the first wrecker company's driver 11 hours after my first call to them. I will call Hix first when I need a wrecker! Thank you for the rescue from a cold car on freezing night.

Melissa was so awesome and helpful. And whoever the manager was just everyone in general, totally lucked out it happening out front of his place. We happen to be driving past and or driveshaft disconnected or something so we had to call family to get a tow was out of data on phone she let us come in and let my sister use the Wi-Fi because she was out of data. She was so helpful and went over the top to look out for us and make sure we got right wasn’t stuck in the cold . Just let some passerby who ended up in the situation who wasn’t benefiting st all from us just showed love. She was so helpful and I appreciate her so much.

Check the date the car was impounded and the date they sent the letter supposedly they had an emergency and were close. This is a scam and I am sure they are scamming a lot of people like this. I recommend everyone to not use them bad business all around don’t even have the balls to fix their own mistake.

Excellent tow service start to finish. Even with the snow the driver got my vehicle off the road into my driveway. Would absolutely use again

Towed our truck to TA, after driveshaft was out for some reason it was so stretched out that it wont fit back in. When the tech was removing the shaft my drover noticed something wrong and when my driver asked their technician about it - he got a very rude response and overall they are not friendly and helpful people at all. I called about this issue and asked for an extra to come back and installed the driveshaft. They had no interest to help and right away said no, as they claim "we are not certified to put the driveshaft back in". This is the dumbest excuse possible. They way they treat you in conversation is just like talking to the wall. They can remove driveshafts and mess with them but can't put them back. Worst customer service at all. NOT RECOMMENDED. ALL BAD REVIEWS WERE RIGHT

Awful people who don’t what they are doing, overcharge me for no reason, my vehicle was not impounded I don’t understand why I had to pay 656.

Kyle reported to help with my tow. He arrived about 30 minutes after I called for the tow and the first thing he did was help safely get me in to the truck. I was pulled over on the left side of the interstate and he made sure I got in safely before getting to work. He was quick to get my car on the tow bed and got me to where I needed to go and was very knowledgeable and personable. I very much appreciate the service and care that Kyle and this company provided to me in my time of need when my insurance company failed to be available or reachable.

Not only do the people here, not follow basic respect guidelines They are also terrible People overall. Was looking at my car that was a gift from my late grandfather as I was heartbroken. A man kept making snarky comments towards the car, telling me how trash it was. And how messed up the car got. On top of that, the company later overcharged me $300 extra, And it wasn’t even there a day yet. These people are true pieces of trash and I wouldn’t trust a single last one of them

Darren was the most genuine and polite driver! It was POURING down rain (every tow man’s nightmare) and he was very courteous and caring. Best experience ever (I’ve had plenty)

I want to share my experience with Hix Wrecker Service with you. From my first call I was treated with respect and care and much friendliness. I can't tell you how kind this company is. When my tow truck driver, JJ, arrived he was so polite and sympathetic and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently and was so very kind. He explained how my wheel works and what could be the problem. This will help me when I take the camper into a shop to be repaired. I had a great experience with everyone at this Hix and would totally recommend them; kudos to driver, JJ and all their staff.

Very unprofessional, very rude, and a real scam company that charges $1,700 for 5 miles with a semi truck. And don’t deceive people by having your friends give fake 5-star reviews.

My car was towed. I called and the lady couldn’t give me any information except the fact that this was a different location so she couldn’t give me any fees or anything. She was stumbling over her words the entire time I was talking to her. Why works you have your phone calls roll over to another location if they can’t give you fees and prices? Now I have to wait until 8 to get a price to get my car. Blasphemy

So you can see the time stamp an I just had to call and they tell me the driver will be leaving the lot shortly??? So I had to call to get that I am maybe 6 miles away and if your driver is in the lot?? Guess since it’s an insurance that’s easy money for them it’s 744 pm and I have been sitting broke down on the road waiting

I had my car towed, I told them the correct address the first time, apparently they took it to the wrong address which I wasn’t mad about it, I understand mistakes happen. But then they tried to charge me for their mistake and when I said I wasn’t paying for there mistake, only the $165 that I was originally quoted, she started threatening me saying she was going to impound my car. A much kinder women was able to reconcile the situation and we got it figured out. But whoever threatened me, a paying customer, was completely unprofessional. I won’t be doing business with this company ever again.

So I recently reviewed this company, and you told me that the trucks are governed to 75 mph. That is a FLAT OUT LIE! I will make sure to take pictures next time, if my cruise is set to 78 and they pass me, obviously they AREN'T governed to 75. It is very dangerous for a heavy truck like that to speed. Next time I will report it to the local metro pd. Thanks!

Had them deliver a container for us and everything went very smooth and just like the plan. Driver was great to work with and put it exactly as I asked. Would use them again.

These guys and gals are amazing! First I chose them because of the responses they had to their google reviews. Dispatch ladies are very helpful. They got a driver out almost immediately and they LOVE quick witted humor. Not sure if that had to do with the top notch level of service we got, but I'll take some credit. Thanks again and will HIGHLY recommend!

If i could give more than five stars i truly would. It has been nothing but a joy to work with Hix. From the sweet faces in the office to the men and women out doing the tows, absolutely phenomenal team. Always efficient and excellent communication. 10/10 from me

Best towing experience I've ever had! Dispatch was super friendly and explained everything I needed to know. They had a few jobs to do before they could get to mine, so they said it would be about 2 hours. I was able to go home while I waited, and they called me when they were on the way to my car and 20 minutes out so I could meet them. It definitely didn't take 2 hours.. it was barely an hour that I waited, which was awesome. The driver, Terry, was super friendly, professional, and very obviously a pro at his job. I live on a small road and have a narrow driveway, so I thought he'd have problems getting that big of a tow truck into it but I was super wrong. Lol He was able to maneuver into my driveway within seconds. This was definitely the fastest and most precise tow service I've ever witnessed in my life! I highly recommend this company if you ever need a tow!!

We found ourselves in a very challenging tow situation with a moving truck and every single person we spoke with at Hix was friendly and helpful. They got a truck out to us and had us rescued and back on the road in just over an hour total from the time we made the initial call. Highly recommend this company any time a roadside service is needed!

Mr Jimmy was awesome! He was an absolute expert at his craft. Super good man. Hopefully you never need a tow, but stuff happens. If you do need a tow, this is the only place to call. Fair price and friendly service is almost non-existent in today's world. Surprisingly, you get both a Hix Wrecker. I highly recommend Hix. I went in to hix to see what they had for a cheap used single tire for my car and they had a unbelievable deal for a set of 4 brand new wheels and tires. I just couldn't be more happy with how little i spent. If I were to go to the tire shop such as discount tire I would have spent a $530.89 for a set of four wheels and tires without warranty. I saved almost 400 bucks on the dot with Hix wrecker. Thank u guys ill definitely be coming bk for more deals.
