This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Roy's Auto Repair & Towing Services in Indianapolis, IN scores 99/100. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive: professional, honest, and communicative staff, fair upfront pricing, and quality repairs. Standout strengths include fast same-day repairs and towing, weekend/holiday saves, and clear options on parts. Wait times are typically short, with many back on the road within hours. Transparent pricing and friendly service are recurring themes. Few complaints surfaced; inventory variety, yard organization, and ease of finding parts aren’t covered by the reviews.

Roy was a life saver. My daughter's car broke down and he was amazingly fast at picking it up and getting it repaired. He really does care about getting you back up and running ASAP. I highly recommend Roy's auto repair service.
Extremely professional and actually listened to our concerns. He was fully transparent about the cost up front and explained everything clearly. Truly the best experience we’ve ever had.
Great mechanic A++, i was interested in a sports car, for a small fee he took it on short noticed and checked it out for any damage in the engine, etc. He found 3 major issues and saved me a ton of headaches and money. He does not sugar coat, hes straight up!
Called in with my problem and he got me in the same day. Got the part I needed and had me back on the road within an hour. The price was amazing with how last minute my appointment was and he was super friendly. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Roy is very helpful. My car had a few issues and he made my car brand new again. He’s very good when it comes to communication and makes sure your car gets the best care.
Ty you Roy for getting me back on the road in the same day. Would definitely recommend. Professional, good communication & great rates...I will be a returning customer
Was able to tow and repair us on a Saturday after a blown water pump and have us on the road again by the next morning when we needed. Great prices, friendly, and knowledgeable. Absolutely the place to call for a repair emergency.
Roy is the best auto repair place I've ever been to. Amazing pricing, friendly service, shop pets, and TV while you wait! I recommend this place so highly!
If you need any car work done call Roy auto repair . I was in town and I live 3 hrs away from home everyone was booked so Roy was my last option. Got over there and he diagnosed my car and repaired it quick! Definitely check him out and prices are reasonable!
Good and honest family run company. Really helped us out on Christmas Eve and got us back on the road. Appreciate them and all they did for us, would recommend to all!
Super friendly, reliable and honest! Great communication.Used the towing service and repairs as well. Broke down in Greenfield, Indiana and he came right away for tow. Found multiple routes for the part needed and let us decide if we wanted it repaired (part higher priced) right away or to wait for the cheaper option to be shipped. Because it was around holidays we went with the cheaper route and waited for the part to be shipped within a few days. He started it right away when part arrived and had it done same day. We will recommend His company and be back if we need his services again. Thank you!
Roy came out on a cold Sunday morning and quickly helped my husband and Grandson get back on the road within hours while traveling from Illinois to West Virginia. They really enjoyed meeting him and were so happy with his work. Thank you for offering such a valuable service.
Roy’s was a lifesaver. Unbelievable service.
Had a wheel bearing go out on a Sunday while visiting Indy from out of state. Roy’s not only came in on Sunday and got us fixed and on our way within an hour, but took great care of us and made us comfortable while we waited. Would 100% recommend, wish I could give six stars.
Amazing towing service that not only towed my vehicle for but also had it repaired in time for me to make it to work the next day
Which saved me from having to pay Lyft. My vehicle is running amazing! No check engine lights
Great business practice. Roy was really nice and helpful. Got my car towed quickly and serviced same day. Even waited for me after hours until I came to pick up my car. Got the job done with quality and with care. Exceptional customer service as well. Would highly recommend.
I was extremely impressed with this company. Their arrival for towing was quick and I was also given some valuable information regarding the issue. The communication of what was being done was top notch. I was made comfortable during the ride to my location. I look forward to using them for car maintenance in the future. EXCELLENT JOB!
