We locked the keys in the Jeep while picking the dog up from the groomer. Our technician was Jerry H. He was wonderful, arrived in a very timely manner and was especially kind. He provided us with water for the dog as well as for us. Jerry is a very kind very good person! Thank you sir!!! 10/10 from us!

Absolutely the worst tow service in the city they dont care about you or your vehicle they dont want to do the job that they signed up for!!

If I could give negative stars I would. We live out of state and called for a tow when we returned from a trip to a tire that needed replaced. The process to even get set up with them was twenty plus minutes then they had to hang up and call back about everything they gave us a 60-90 minutes wait time over two hours later we call for an update she basically retakes the basic info says she’ll call us back with an update twenty minutes later I call back because I’m not sure we’re not getting scammed at this point I talk to someone different who at least seems more willing to help who lets me know they can’t get a hold of the driver. Finally I get a call back that says the driver will be there in 60 minutes - 60 minutes after the almost three hours dealing with them and their originally 60-90 minute wait . They are allegedly refunding us for the absolute nothing they provided after I stated this as the only option for us now that the tire place would be closed and we had to get home to our son. CALL COOKS TOWING instead! I called them twenty minutes before a new driver was coming in and he was sent directly to us they also recommended a 24 hour tire place . This place couldn’t recommend a tire company and charged our card with threat of full payment as a “ cancellation fee” they were also charged $260 for the tow to come get us and take us 5 miles which was well over what we were charged by cooks to go 12 miles .
