Great employees. Very helpful. Did not have the part I wanted but helped me figure out an alternative solution until I obtained the part. Would definitely return. They know their stuff.
Store acknowledges store site has said free same day delivery within 5 miles. Store says will not do that, and site has been wrong, mis advertising, according to them, since "covid". They "don't deliver to houses" even though the site charged me and said they would that same day.
Stephanie, the manager, has given me the worst experience I could imagine here.
First, when I come in, she tries to immediately turn my away from swapping out my battery under warranty. Since I didn’t have a receipt, which no one told me was needed for the warranty, she didn’t offer to help in any way even though the store I purchased it from and all the info was right on the battery.
After pleading with her to work with me some way to find the receipt, she finally looks into the system and says she can call the store “if they have a number”. Why would the store not have a number? Anything to not try and help me. She then calls the store who asked for my phone number and couldn’t locate the receipt. Thankfully I bought it online, and my phone number was right there. How did you not find me?
FINALLY I get the battery, go to put it in my car. She gave me the wrong battery 😑
Now I get the pleasure of going back to the store and twisting arms to help me smh. Ridiculous.
Walked in for an item and was greeted by Walter. He couldn’t assist me but was able to find someone to answer my questions (even though she didn’t seem pleased to stop what she was doing). They def need more employees like Walter who are great with customer service.
This place got me home! I had a car in mid repair and needed a specific small hose that seemed to be a dealer only item. These guys were open on Memorial Day, Walter and the team spotted a hose in their stock that was just close enough that I could trim and make it work. It did work! Got the car finished that afternoon and made it 250+ miles back home. Thank you!!
Peter and Chris were so helpful and knowledgeable about a brake problem that was hard to diagnose because of an error made by a local service company. They are the best.
Online they showed they were open on Sunday so I drove there to get some oil , they were closed, no sign with hours on the building. What a waste of time.
Peter was at counter and nicely welcomed me as I came in the shop with a dead key fob for a push button start Toyota Avalon. While he isn't allowed to work on customer's fobs he very patiently and kindly walked me through taking it apart then quickly found the right replacement battery that was only $8. Very grateful for Peter's professional assistance because I would have spent hours figuring it out on my own without his help. This store was a blessing to me today.
Just a fyi, they’re not open on Sundays and their website does not reflect the updated hours. We tried calling and no answer. We initially thought maybe they had a staffing or maintenance issue, but there was no sign on their door. We drove there for nothing. Taking our business elsewhere, but please at least put a sign when your business is not open. Thank you.
If I could give zero stars I would. My car battery was on its last leg, so we initially went to Sam's Club to get it changed. When they were short on help and couldn't get it done, we headed just down the street to NAPA. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like we were stupid because we didn't know what kind of engine the car had in order to get the correct battery.
The gentleman at the counter proceeded to tell me they didn't install batteries there after I asked but "he'd sell me the kit because it's easy and you can watch a video". By this point my fiancé was on the phone to other auto stores to see if they could help, as she was doing this, the other girl working the counter looked at me and said "wear the pants, you don't need someone to install it, go tell her that". To which I responded "thank you, but I'd prefer someone to do it be safe and we're going to head elsewhere". After stepping outside the girl then popped her head out and demanded I open the hood to my car. I told her we were leaving, and got a fresh nasty look from her. Stay away! Go to Advanced Auto, O'Reilly, etc., where you'll be treated like a person.
NAPA is a good auto parts house. This one can make you a hose to your specifications. They will get you your part or tool. If they are on your way, they will do.
Excellent and timely service for your vehicle. I have been getting oil changes and car repairs at this location for many years. It’s conveniently located off the interstate and relatively clean/safe.
Went in to get new headlights today and got absolute above and beyond service. I didnt catch his name, but a younger guy with glasses came out and helped me with my car without me asking, all while it was pouring rain and cold out. Very much appreciated, and ill be coming back to this store for every part i need.
Juan and Michelle were extremely helpful locating my vehicle parts. Even when they didn’t have in stock, helped me find alternative parts from a competitor. I’ll definely use this Napa store again.
1 star service or less from 90% of the staff. Absolute Nightmare service i stood for 20min as the staff of the store just sat around or on phones while 3 customers waited in line. It wasn’t until the Assistant manager came out and saw them sitting that they actually started helping customers. I wanted to leave a 1 star review for the joke of service i received from the staff. However the assistant manager Amanda was amazing. She was fast, polite, knowledgeable and got me exactly what i needed quickly and easily. I understand being busy but watching 3 employees sit down while most people are laid off of work made me furious. God help Amanda and please keep her around. She earned this 5 star
I'm not to happy with the service some don't understand what your telling them it took 45 minutes to find one part and I so far have had 5 parts that I have gotten and had to warranty them out and warranty them a couple times until I just returned them and bought them from another auto parts store.
Very friendly staff. Helped me figure out what I needed and how to install. Although they didn't have all the parts in this store, they got it shipped from the warehouse the very next day right away.
