Everything you could ask for! They answer their phone ask for year make and model and give a quote. Was able to come next day and even on time with a text 20 minutes before arrival. Very professional and the kind of people you shake their hand and it’s a deal. Would very recommend their service.

Worst customer service ever! Called and they answered gave me a quote told me to send location and he would let me know when a guy was coming ive done this twice and sat here waiting for this car to be gone. I’ve called for 3 days and now no one answers or texts back.
They were nice, professional the main guy was super cool was definitely a car guy I know the eclipse I sold him is in good hands now one person’s dream is another persons racer or whatever the saying is they are also lgbt friendly and non discriminative
Called about selling my car the guy says he'll call me right back but he never did. I tried for 3 more days to get back in contact with him, since we had already went over the offer, location, and everything else, but every call went unanswered and no one returned any of my messages.. very poor business if you ask me
Just called amd they came in 30 mins from out of town from their gramdkids b day party, Doug is a great guy that puts you first. Seriously give them 6 stars!
Even though I did not end up selling them my junker (yet), Douglas responded almost instantly, and then took the time to answer my questions about the process even knowing I was likely not a customer at that point. That is great customer service, indeed!
