Pull-A-Part in
Indianapolis (IN)

Deborah and Elizabeth bought me car and gave me a great price. They really took care of me as best as they could and even helped translate for me. Car is sold!!

Thank you entry corner for all you helped me with and for always being so kind. Liz and Don were awesome

The user friendly vehicle search makes it simple to find what you need. I was there less than thirty minutes with the parts in hand.

I love coming to this place liz is super heloful and nice and looked up my car for me and deb signed me up for vip. Thank you beautiful ladies

Love the employees here The lady marking parts offered to not charge me for some of my parts if i bought her lunch i think her name was Kye i brought her lunch and she looked out for me! Thanks got my car back running

I just want to thank the wonderful team of pull a part. Kye and Debby were an amazing help when I came in to shop for a battery. Knowledge on what I came in for and patience with me. I recommend coming here, coming back to shop and buy again! Thank you again Kye and Debby

Always excellent customer service here. Tyrell worked diligently to make the line move quickly.

This is very nice and respectable and I enjoy coming to your store because of her she is very perfect need more people like her thank you

I have never had such an amazing experience at a junk yard. Not only were they clean and professional, but the employees were the kindest I have seen. I lost my phone in the yard and Liz did everything she could to help me find it. And guess what... I was able to leave this review. Thank you Liz, Ed and Pull A Part for such compassion.

Everytime I need something for my car I come here and always have great service....today was no different thank you Eduardo for helping me with the battery.

I had a wonderful experience with Ky! Her customer service was excellent she communicated clearly and made everything easy to understand. We had to return a part, and she was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone so patient and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you, Ky, for going above and beyond, truly great service!

I've been here a few times in the last week and have a great time each time. The retail team is amazing especially Liz and deb

Ky was very helpful in setting up my VIP account and in processing my purchase. All the people there are very nice but she stood out that day.

Steve was prompt and helpful with my used battery needs. I thank him dearly for his dedication and good customer service. Will definitely be back in the future. Job well done Producers Lane Indy location!

This was my first time going to Pull-A-Part. The staff was very friendly and Ed made sure my financial transaction was resolved due to extra part being rung up and making sure I got refunded for paying with the wrong card. He was very knowledgeable about his job and position

I made a visit to the Indianapolis location on Sat 4 Oct. 05. I had the distinct pleasure of watching and then being assisted by a Service Representative by the name of KY. Her Professionalism, genuine concern for customers, (nothing Fake about it at all,Truly Genuine) attention to detail, through knowledge of Company Promotion's, Policies, and Procedure's, were displayed with ease and confidence by KY, all of this towards one guest, in a mere matter of moments.Customer service such as this which was displayed by your Representative is all but Non-Existent today’s business world. It was good to witness that it hasn't. KY is very good at what she does, and should be Commended on every level. Thank you.

We just had a great experience at pull a part indianapolis. The car we needed to look at was in the premium lot and the customer service was top notch!

nice excellent service team! reasonable prices. Sawall allowed at the yard. for cutting parts.

The staff is always so positive and uplifting! They have good vibes! They get you out really fast and they have a great inventory of vehicles ! I have found 90% of the parts over the past 40 or so visits that I have came for ! My and miss T always keep it real with ya too! They rock! Thanks ladies!! Peace Pops

Great place lots of parking spots and the workers are always kind n respectful n helpful .. can’t beat the prices

Awesome patience and assistance from Bre and Kye. This was our first time ever visiting here. I've been before in CA over 20yrs ago at a similar place, but things have changed greatly since then. The girls were knowledgeable and apologetic of the unfriendly assistance with another rep that had nothing to do with them, which made all the difference of us coming back again. Since then I've had an encounter with Steve and Eduardo who are just as pleasant. Very clean site as well.

You are better off buying new! Dont waste your time this place is a rip off!

All I needed was a passenger mirror for my ford focus and cold warm switch.

See pictures below of what they cost new.

After gathering my own tools, then the money spent on gas, the 12 miles drive, then money spent to get in the yard, walking around the yard in the heat and finding the parts I needed and it took 2 cars btw!

Then spending time to take them off myself

I go to pay the parts and they wanted $67!

This is USED and I had to pull them off the cars myself

My total cost if I paid that would have been $78

Now for price NEW
If I ordered from Amazon with FREE 2 day shipping because im a Prime member is $60 after taxes.

And I could shop around and get the mirror for much less but shipping may cost more.

I dont know if the girl working the register knew what she was doing or if this place thinks their customers are stupid.

But I learned not to trust them and waste my time with them.

Im out my gas money and out my time and out the fee money to get on the yard.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I received great customer service from employee Tyrell and Kai. I was truly satisfied with the clarity and transparency. In regards to my situation. Service was with a smile and a great departure.

Im a regular here and will always come to pull a part. They are super clean and they had a discount for Labor Day that was amazing! Thank you Liz and the new guy I think his name was alex

Purchased two used cars knowing they were being sold as is. Had issues with one of them the next day. They (especially Mike) went out of their way to help us and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I called Pull-a-part to sell them my suburban the dispatch department told me the hauler would be to pick my vehicle up between 8-am and 5-pm March 1st 2025. I waited for 5 hours for the hauler to show up, finally at 4:45pm I called the dispatch back they called the hauler 3way,
so I could speak with him directly. He tells me he won’t be able to pick my car until the morning. March 2nd 2025 the hauler calls this morning a says to meet him at 12:00pm at my vehicle for pick up. It’s now 1:23 pm and the hauler still has not arrived.
The location were my vehicle is sitting is 30 minutes away from Pull-a-part in Indianapolis ,Indiana. Granite it’s a free pick up service but the communication with the junk vehicle owners needs to be improved exponentially so people are not waiting for hours an hour for 2 days in a row.

Good place to buy parts for your car, very economical, when the receptionist receives you, ask for the model of your car you are looking for and he or she will tell you the row and the area where it is, easy
The receptionists are very friendly when assisting you, very good service
