Guy answered "hello" I asked if this was car sales number he rudely said yes. Then I asked if there was a way to see used car inventory online, he said " website is down" I was in fhe middle of saying thank you and he hung up. He was very rude I will not be going there to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased a used vehicle (2011 Ford Escape) from them in April 2025. The seller explicitly told me the vehicle was in perfect condition and had no problems whatsoever. In reality, the car had a completely broken transmission and a failing battery at the time of sale, rendering it undriveable within days. These major defects were never disclosed, and the vehicle was misrepresented as being in good condition. A certified mechanic later confirmed that the transmission was already compromised at the time of purchase. These are serious, pre-existing defects that should have been disclosed prior to the sale. I was never informed of any such issues.
I reached out to the seller to try and resolve the issue and asked if they would just contribute to the $2,332.50 I had to pay for repairs. Instead of showing any concern, I was told, “I never forced you to sign on the dotted line.” That response showed a complete lack of accountability and disregard for ethical business practices.
This experience has been financially and emotionally draining. I ended up paying almost the full price of the car again just to make it drivable — and now the battery issue is preventing me from even accessing the vehicle. I have filed a formal complaint and am moving forward with small claims court. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
This sale involved material misrepresentation. The seller knowingly failed to disclose serious mechanical problems that existed at the time of sale and falsely represented the vehicle as being in good working order. This conduct violates the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), which protects consumers from deceptive and unfair sales practices.
If anyone else finds themselves in this situation — go to court. Hold businesses like this accountable. I am now requesting a full reimbursement of the vehicle’s purchase price ($2,985) and will be getting my money back through a final judgment.
I wish I could give zero stars! Buying a car from Enterprise Automotive has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. The vehicle they sold us turned out to be a complete lemon — major mechanical issues started showing up almost immediately after purchase. What’s worse, when we contacted them to resolve the problem, they were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and acted like it wasn’t their responsibility.
They made promises during the sale that they absolutely did not follow through on. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and they showed no integrity in how they handled the situation. I feel taken advantage of and regret ever doing business with them.
Save yourself the stress and money — do not buy a vehicle here. Go to a dealer that actually stands behind what they sell. We will be going to court to address this matter to get our money back.
Sold me a lemon. The day I bought the car. I made it 40 minutes down the road from their lot and suddenly the transmission overheat light came on. I have had the car for a month now and have not been able to drive it longer than 40 minutes without the transmission overheat light coming on. The light has come on three times in a month and now the transmission is completely gone. They sell lemons for cars. Be wiser than I and don't buy
You people sold me a 2007 Dodge caliber that is no longer running I just bought it two weeks ago you knew it was a lemon that's why you didn't want me to test drive it from longer than 10 minutes now you guys don't want to work with me to help me do anything with the car or give me my money back I just bought the car from you
Sold us a car and said everything was fine with it, has a host of problems and not enough to fix it because the engine basically needs to be rebuilt. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM.

These people sell crap cars. They are cheapskates, swindlers. They sold us a lemon car. They promised to fix brakes and then said only the front ones got replaced because the back ones didn't need it. Then they were supposed to replace battery with new one. It was some kind of cheap battery that had no warranty and had a bad cell. They would not work with us and did not care at all. Told us to go buy another battery. Deal was done. Then find out car needed new tensioner bc whoever put new timing belt on did a crap job. Then had to replace water pump because whoever put one on did crap job. Then bearing slips in bottom of engine. All of this happened within a month and a half. Crap cars and cheap no good people. Do not trust!!!!
Do not. I repeat. Do not buy a vehicle from these people. You will not be getting what you pay for by any means. They will lie to you about their cars and try to find any, and every excuse for any issue you may have. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
