My wife’s lower control arm broke on her truck. Called JR’s and they came out within an hour. The guy who answered the phone was very cool and the guys that picked up were truck were very professional and friendly. I forgot to ask for a business card but I saved them in my phone. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I'm a single mom, my car broke down in downtown Indy, my mechanic is in Plainfield, other town companys wanted to charge me $100 more than JR's! No joke, they saved me $100!

Its not cheap or easy to get heavy machinery recovered when it is not in the city limits but they were so quick to act on the job once they had the requested paperwork. Never though id need this service but ill definitely use them again if im ever in this situation again.

Had an appointment for pickup and the person was over 45min late. She spoke to us very rudely and acted unprofessionally. We live very far away and to not respect our time was disappointing. When we are paying for a service (which was honestly overpriced), we expect timeliness.

I have first hand experience with JR’s services . I have called for tires to be aired up, tires to be changed in the winter , spring and summer not to mention I had to even call for a jump more than once . The tow guys each time greeted me with respect and even offered me a way home if they couldn’t get my tire fixed or car to start. 100% great service.

Got me out of a pinch three times! Anything from offloading a forklift off a 53 foot dry van trailer to rescuing me and my chevy tahoe off the side of the road. They also transported a off shore shipping container from a friend's to my backyard safe and professional. They are top notch and always my first call!

This morning, the weather was worse than expected,icy and my rear-wheel-drive car ended up in a ditch close to some trees. I called JR’s Towing, and from start to finish, they were amazing. I spoke with Crystal, who was kind, calm, and quick to dispatch help. Eric, the tow driver, arrived promptly and handled everything like a true professional. He safely got my son and me out of a really tricky spot, and I can’t thank him enough. In stressful moments like that, it means so much to have a company respond quickly and treat you with care. If you ever need a reliable, professional tow service, especially in bad weather call JR’s. They truly saved us this morning, and I’m beyond grateful.

After arranging the sale of my vehicle to peddle and having a very negative experience with the initial tow company that accepted the pickup, JR's Services accepted the job. Best towing service hands down!! Not only did the answer quick the dispatcher sent us Zack who got to us in 8min after the call. He was super professional & friendly. I called "Big Bs Towing" that's located in Castleton he told me he was gonna be 40 to 45 min to arrive. I waited a hr in called back in he had caught a attitude telling me " I told you it'll be 40 to 45 min but it was way pass that so I hung up. So I guess he got in his feelings in kept prolonging the ETA time. I'm happy my husband came to wait for me cause I was stranded so I just cancelled in wanted until morning in called J.R Services & Recovery. Thank you J.R towing because you guys are the best in you got right to helping me out plus they were way cheaper than what the other guy was charging.

I’m OTR hotshot.I broke down in front of Lucas stadium. John and his boys took good care of me got me off the road and and almost immediately began to troubleshoot the breakdown. Got me back up and going and out of a jam the next day. Solid Folks down there.

Eric stopped to help me when my van stalled at the gas station. He stayed for two hours, patiently assisting and even towed my vehicle to a body shop to have a new starter installed. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services. Thanj you, Eric!

It's important to give good reviews for local businesses when you received exceptional service, and I feel like I received exceptional service. First company to answer the phone and agree to help out six in the area. super polite and accommodating. They were there in 15 minutes. Definitely a reasonable price for my tow also! My driver Eric was even insightful enough to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and he was right. I was able to fix it that night. That's above and beyond to me. All around good experience from the phone call to the drop. Thanks for your service guys.

It's really bad, they tell you that the car is at one address, they even pretended that you would send them the payment by Zelle, something that I have never seen in a towing service company, they send you to another address that is literally a mountain with an entrance that says private property that you never get to see anything inside where a person who is supposedly in charge came out. Today, after a long time of being in that place that looks like anything but a towing company, they charge you cash and they don't even have change, really frustrating and disappointing

The people here are Absolutely Amazing! I was so glad that I was referred to them! Crystal was Amazing in helping me get a car towed! And even a little out of their towing area they worked with me to get things done!! The tow driver was Amazing as well! They are very professional and so so helpful!
