This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Cortez Towing & Diesel Performance in Indianapolis, IN earns a strong 92/100. Reviews praise bilingual, professional staff, fast arrivals, careful tows, and diesel know-how—engines, transmissions, even container moves. Pricing is often called reasonable and fair. Parts feedback is limited: a good-value battery and an engine purchase that was refunded and they helped source elsewhere; yard variety/organization and ease of finding parts remain unclear. Complaints are few but notable—occasional long waits, phone miscommunication, a misdrop and billing dispute, and a speeding concern—so service is great overall but inconsistent at times.

What clients say about Cortez Towing & Diesel Performance in Indianapolis (IN)
Pecimo servicio
Big thanks to Cortez ! Super knowledgeable, honest, and patient in explaining the repairs. The work was done quick & my truck drives completely different, smoother and stronger than when it was brand new. Really impressed Highly recommended !
I’ve taken my car to many mechanics, and this place exceeded my expectations and is the best by far. They installed my transmission quickly, and it was finally done right. They even took it to get it swapped at the vendor when the initial transmission was faulty so I wouldn’t have to arrange drop off and pickup. Their customer service is great as well. They keep you updated via text. They also do towing! If you come here, you won’t regret it.
It was a fantastic experience, the fact that they speak English and Spanish allow me to express better what was going on with my vehicle leading to a better understanding of the problem and a faster way of knowing what was happening with my vehicle.
Great customer service, quick and reliable! I called them when I had a car accident and they arrived quicker than the other tow trucks requested by police. Definitely a trusted company to work with.
A 1 Service! These guys pulled through late at night when I needed a Tow ASAP and we went a good 45 miles to where I needed to go! Very professional and respectable!
