This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, CPM Truck and Trailer Repair in Indianapolis, IN scores 96/100. Customers praise professional, honest mechanics, standout front desk (Kathy), fair pricing, clear communication, and quick turnarounds—even a transmission swap in a day. Reliability and in-house towing also noted. Strengths: friendly staff, quality workmanship, timely DOT and air-leak fixes. Complaints are rare: a longer-than-promised wait and one vague negative. Little info on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding, so those remain unclear.
I was told about this shop by a friend. I took his advice and called. I have been very happy with my services since day 1. The receptionist Kathy is a gem she has made my experience extremely exceptional! I will recommend anyone to give them a shot as the service is quick but most importantly quality.
I always take my semi here… number one reason is because the lady that works in the office (Kathy) is very respectful and friendly. She goes above and beyond. I think their pricing is fair. Even though they aren't a huge company they get my semi done in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to them, and I’ll continue to take my truck there.
Great people took my truck for a transmission swap, they done it in a day. Kathy went above and beyond with her service, and Christina did a fantastic job. Thanks guys, keep the good work!

This shop is Indy best kept secret. The owner ( Ankar) office manager ( Cathy) mechanics ( Christian, Ramiro, and Steve) are second to none. As a owner operator they have been a invaluable resource to our business. We've been able to trust my equipment with them and recieved excellent service in return. If youre looking to get some work done on your semi I highly recommend them. They also have in house towing ( Mr Conway) took great care of us
