If I could give more stars I would. Today I was stranded do to the car. Having an issue me and my daughter. Tried everything we could think of to do. Not having the proper knowledge. It got us to the point. Of looking up tow services. To tow the car to Lawrence. The prices we were quoted was $200 or more. We kept calling til I came across. Johnsons towing his was the cheapest. Quoted of all we were given. Going to another city he could have. Added a mile rate for sure. Like the others do after so many miles. He quoted us his rate. That was it he was very professional. He went above and beyond to help us. Something he didn't have to do. As stated we called for the car. To be towed he stated he'd be there. In about twenty minutes. He was there as stated. We appreciate his professionalism. Kindness he showed us today. I'd recommend him to anyone. He helped us more then what he had to do. For that reason alone I'll recommend everyone. I know in need of a tow. He helped us save money today. Which he didn't have to do at all. For that reason we're so thankful. Truly appreciate him for what he does. If you see this review. Thanks again for your professionalism and kindness. It matters and makes a difference truly. I'd give tens stars if they had the option. He truly earned more then five today. While we know some places. Try to get over on females. That don't have alot of knowledge. When it comes to cars. He didn't do that which without a doubt. I know some others that would have. These are the stars you earned today.
Super quick and helpful with great communication. Needed assistance with a popped tire after our jack broke. They had someone out to help within less than an hour. It was past 11pm all other services in the area would not assist us. Justin was able to jack our car up and put the spare tire on within 15min of arriving. Highly recommend.
Really impressed with this company. Daughter lost all of the keys to her car and we needed it towed to the dealership. Company was very responsive and highly efficient. Had the car dropped off at the dealership within 2 hours of my initial call requesting help. I hope we don’t need a car towed again, but we will definitely use these guys if we do!
They came and towed our car on the 4th of July for a very reasonable amount. The gentleman was very nice, and eased this stressed out mama's mind. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my truck, gas wasn't getting to the engine. I had to push it out of traffic into a parking lot. I made the call for a tow. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, took my info and said she would send the tow truck my way as he was just dropping off a vehicle. The tow truck showed up approximately 15 minutes later. The driver (Big Al) was an extremely kind man who knew exactly what he was doing. He hooked my truck up without any issues and gave me a ride to the autoshop of my choosing. It was a very hot day and he even stopped and bought me a fountain drink along the way. The tow truck itself was immaculate and the AC was ice cold. When we arrived at the auto shop he was already familiar with where they wanted their vehicles dropped off and made quick work of the unloading process. You also have the option to pay for the tow afterwards or you can add it to the cost of the repairs. The customer service was exceptional, especially during a time where something unfortunate has happened to you. All in all I don't think it could have gone smoother. If I ever need a tow again I would not hesitate to call them and ask for Big Al. The price was more than fair for the service rendered. I would rate them as a 5 star service!
I called several towing companies and they charged me 125 every time and a 3 hour wait then I called Johnson’s they only charged me 60 and came less than 30 minutes
Johnson’s rowing is the best towing service I’ve ever been with they are so legit and professional they even give you a ride to we’re your car is going i thank them so much !
Having Johnson's tow my rig was the best
part of a bad day for sure. Doug said he'd be there in 45 minutes, he was there in 43. He knew what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of 100%. Thanks!!!
Terrible customer service. Gave me the run around for two days before attempting to pay less than what we agreed on. Then told me they didnt want my junk and hung up on me after i adressed the issue. I recieved several texts after that saying i wouldnt find a better price and dont call back
