It was good the customer service was great the work they did on my vehicle was great the mechanic they have is great once I got my car there they got busy and was finished in no time at all I will definitely be a return customer and I recommend others to give them a chance as well

Sold me 2015 Ford escape and 2 1/2 weeks in, transmission problems. My mechanic found sponge put in to absorb leak. Had conversations with owner and was told, sold as is. And it ran beautifully for them. Also discovered after week, computer dashboard wasn't working. Didn't show accurately fuel levels. Stays on full.
Had an issue with my GMC Terrain making a humming noise,they got me in quickly and out and it was my bearing.I had several folks look at it and tell me it wasn't the bearing,but it definitely was!!No more humming yayyy..Dealt with them for many years,just good honest people,thank yall very much!
3D is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 100%. I had a project, a 1981 Jeep Wagoner that sat for 15yrs in a backyard uncovered. Well, through all the rust 3D was able to get my wagon (wagu) back on the road!!! They rebuilt a carburetor, new fuel pump, brakes&rotors, and tune-up just to name a few. They kept me updated on progress and costs of the different repairs. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. Also, 3D is about the only service center that offers and specializes in rebuilt Carburetors, so bring your old school cars!!! 3D should be every one's place for auto care and maintenance. THANK YOU!!!

Very friendly people. I had them rebuild a carburetor for me. It was ready the next afternoon. I will certainly keep them saved for any future auto repairs needed.
We were in Indianapolis traveling and had an engine issue. The folks at 3D helped us out in a bind, even working late. The bill was less than we expected. I highly recommend this business.

This is the only place I take my vehicle. They are very fair when it comes to pricing. They are also quite knowledgeable and upfront about repairs. I 100% recommend and trust them. I even send customers to them, they are that amazing. You will not be disappointed.
They took a little while to get back to me on an issue I was having with my car, but they apologized and were upfront about everything. The cost of labor is a lot cheaper than other shops ive been to.
We got there before they opened to have my daughters air conditioning diagnost in her car. They said a couple of hours. They had it almost 8 & she had to keep calling them for updates. They still dont know what it is. Dont waste your time or money going there. Just wanted to address the reply: if you would have told us we needed an appointment and had others cars way ahead of her than that would gave been different. The lady said a couple of hours. My daughter had to call your shop to get answers. If she hadn't called we would've been waiting for who knows how long. I'm sorry but stand by what you say. She could've called and said we're still working on it but no communication until she had to call.
Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop! My truck died and wouldnt restart right next to this shop and I am glad that it happened there! the lady at the front was very kind and helpful, and kept me updated with the work. Was told it would take some time to get it in if I could be patient then got a call 3 days later saying it was complete which was way faster than I was expecting! Mechanics done excellent work and explained everything they did! Price was great, work was great, and customer service and experience was great! This will be the only shop I use in the future!

Best service in indianapolis. Had an electrical problem had been to several shops. No one could figure it out. I took it to 3D and they got me up and running again.
We moved recently and I wasn't sure where to go when my car acted up. Without hesitation, my friend gave me the contact info for 3D. He has used them for years. I was relieved to not have to go by trial and error to find a new mechanic. They got my car running smoothly again.
Wonderful people, excellent work, and a very affordable price. They kept my 1996 Chrysler running long after she should have been put out to pasture! I plan on taking my new (new to me) car in next week for some minor upkeep and I am certain the experience will be the same.

Outstanding work ethic and honesty. Brought my 71' rebuilt Chevy in with a bad carburetor and was looking at a rebuild. The guys adjusted the timing and fixed the problem.
I have been doing business with them for 12 years! I've owned 4 vehicles in this time and they are the only ones I pay to do work on my vehicles!! I blew my engine in one van and they replaced it for me!! Still driving that van 3 years later! Wouldn't trust anyone else!
This is one of the best garages around I've taken my car there twice and was always completely satisfied with what they had to fix they weren't screwy like a couple of other places that I've tried to have my car fixed at so I more than likely will be coming back here for more work on either of my cars
3d towing is my favorite place to take my car whenever I have a problem. The people here are nice, honest, fast, and I feel like the prices are always affordable for me :-)
I want to start off by saying that I will not take my cars anywhere else, but to 3D. Not only have they towed my vehicle extremely fast when it was broke down, but they fixed it just as fast and affordable as well. I like that they keep you up to date on the progress of the vehicle and they have great customer service all pluses in my book. Thanks 3D

Very nice people, very honest with good advice. Definitely different from other shops that push to change out every little thing for maximum payout. I've got sure found my new shop.
