Indys Best Towing in
Indianapolis (IN)

Thomas was great. Original plan to separate the two cars could have ended with my bumper completely dismantled. Thomas was open to me helping and i didn’t mind considering we were all here because of me sliding on ice into a collision. Got the job done, didn’t need a tow and my vehicle suffered way less damage than it could have.

I would think cleaning up accident site would be part of the job but obviously not . Recovery driver just flat bedded vehicle & left. U would think called by IMPD it would be taken care of properly. That's INDY at its BEST. IMPD at its finest . BULL u know. U need to Use (Last Chance Towing)

Austin was such a polite respectful young man and very prompt . I've never felt so safe with somebody I didn't know like I did with him

Driver driving through downtown Indy on I65 today like a maniac. Guy has no business in a 10,000 lbs vehicle.

Jimmy is the man, he really helped me out after an accident tonight. Smooth business the whole way through

Driver had a bad attitude, had one halfway hop out of his truck today around 4:20pm leaving the greenwood mall cursing trying to instigate a fight with over a kid in the back poking his head out. Worst part about it was it had absolutely nothing to do with him, it was with a white car passing by us.

They are trash!!!!!! The run was canceled and I am still waiting on a tow truck. No one even bother to call to say it was canceled. This is by far the worst company to deal with. I wish I could give them No stars.

Learn how to drive!

Awesome company ! Time efficient & friendly drivers.

no show after waiting all day, we couldn’t park in our assigned parking that we pay for. totally unprofessional would not recommend.

Jerry is a great tow driver & let me know he was running late & loaded up my car quickly! He is really friendly & is a great ambassador for your business! Thx so much for the excellent service!

Used Peddle to sell my Kia Rio... they used this service and don't believe everything you read. Yes their phone rings and it makes you wonder if this is a real business. I notified Peddle of my concerns and they said they will set me up with a new towing company if I wanted . I decided to stay with them. My pickup hours were 3 pm to 8pm... the driver called me and met me at the dealership my car broke down at. He was so nice and very considerate. We were done with in 15 minutes and I was given a check for my car. I highly recommend them and Peddle!!

Never showed up to pick up my car

Great group to work with. Only tow company we prefer to use and refer.

Indy’s Best is a really good professional towing service. They are fast, dependable, reasonable, and service friendly. And they are a 24/7 business. I highly recommend this tow company should you ever need a tow, battery service etc,…

I appreciated the level of communication they supported me with.
Quick friendly easy to talk to.

Omg, I cant say enough. The guy that came and helped us did above and beyond his job. He made sure we were safe before leaving us after having to tow my van as it was all females and about midnight (we were heading back home to Wisconsin after visiting family in Kentucky) thank you so much for everything. Hope we never need a tow around there again but if we do ill make sure my insurance company calls you again.

Best in the business they knew how to load my truck with no issues

One of the drivers for this company named Willie Hughes backed ibti my car on the road in traffic. He knew he hit me and took off. When i tried to file a claim he lied said it was me that hit him.

Great company and owner! The name says it all.

Great people to deal with. They bent over backwards to help me!!
