This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback, OB Auto Repair And Roadside in Indianapolis, IN earns an overwhelmingly positive reputation: fast same-day mobile help, honest diagnostics, no upselling, and fair prices. Customers highlight friendly, respectful service and on‑site fixes from tires and starters to control arms, ABS issues, and even midnight repairs. Wait times are usually short (often minutes), though one review reports a no‑show. Overall score: 96/100. Pricing skews fair and affordable, and staff are responsive and professional. Not a parts yard—reviews don’t cover inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts.
Front right lower ball joint failure on my Mazda 6, car wasn’t drivable. Owen came out, diagnosed it, and replaced both control arms + outer tie rod on-site. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs and most of all reasonable labour costs. Got me back on the road within 2 days and that was mostly waiting for parts. Will def be reaching out for future car repairs.
Another repair shop tried to charge me 11,000$ for a full harness replacement I was about to scrap the car , but I called these guys and they fixed my car for little over a thousand and there was a lot of work done to it And I haven't heard that car runs that well and over a year , if not more , these guys are amazing and for a price of seventy five , just for diagnostic , I'd Love to see if you could find a better place. They're good at what they're due, and they give a great price.I would recommend these guys to anybody who has car Issues seriously these guys are legit

He arrived promptly, provided the service at a very fair price, and was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and will definitely trust him with future work on my car.

I called and scheduled a mobile tire replacement, and after confirming they were on the way, I got complete radio silence and ghosted. They never showed, and never responded to my messages. Absolutely unbelievable, and would recommend any other place.
Woke up this morning to a failed starter on our Ford. I wasn't able to pick up a part until after work and could not find a shop to get it into until late next week. So I put out a message looking for a mobile mechanic. Owen responded quickly, and he was able to come out within an hour to replace the starter. He was able to get the job done quickly even with loss of daylight and was very professional and honest. If you want a good mobile mechanic this is the guy! I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for future work on all our vehicles.
