Had to get a tow at 7am. The driver was quick and friendly and I felt very comfortable wi the him! My anxiety never kicked in. I appreciate that!

I haven't even gotten my car towed yet so this isnt a full review, but I've been happy with my experience so far so I figured I'd call. 1. On the day of this review, I was turned down by 8 other towing companies because of availability and the fact that police didn't file a report for the accident due to high volume of accidents. They came through and were super friendly. 2. When there was a delay, Amanda was super informative of the situation and was again, super helpful. I'll update after the towing, bit im impressed with the customer service so far. UPDATE: Driver Peewee picked up the vehicles and dropped it off at the house very professionally. I was very happy with the care he took and how he mentioned not wanting to dirty the customers care, even though the front end is caved in. Everyone is very customer centric and that's really appreciated, especially when you have an emergency

Thanks to the Clear Path construction ended up with a large screw in my tire that turned to a flat. Jayson towed my corvette from 465E to Discount Tire in Castleton. He was so nice, polite and handled my corvette with kid gloves. He took extra precautions to ensure my car arrived in the same condition that he picked it up. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Worst company to tow your car. Insurance uses this company and they give them ETA of 1 hr. After 1 hr when you call them to get update they will tell you they are waiting for drivers to come back. There was an accident and drivers were busy there. This is my 2nd time getting their service. On average they take roughly 2-3 hrs to tow your car. Poor customer service. I wish car insurance company hires other towing companies who provide fast and reliable service . I wish no one has to use their service . If you do God bless you and get ready to wait for their tow truck to arrive at your location in approximately 2-3hrs.

My kid was rear-ended and our car was towed to the Interstate Fishers lot. Tae met us there so we could get our plate and some things out of the car. What a delightful human being! He was so kind, helpful, and funny. He made what could have been a traumatic visit easy. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know we'll be well taken care of.

When you think of towing you don’t think of a great time, called a company last night to have a trailer towed. Dispatch was told it was a trailer, and then a driver showed up and denied us a tow. Dave at interstate towing not only showed up, but was a great help. Giving life advice as a young entrepreneur, would recommend this guy only if you could!

My tow truck driver this morning was phenomenal! My 25 foot RV was in a difficult, tight spot at a storage facility. He expertly winched it out and reposititioned it so it could be towed from the front. Very conscientious about safety as well. Great work!

I have needed to utilize car towing services several times with this company. They partner with my Geico roadside assistance. Every time I have needed to utilize their towing services I have been met with quick response and knowledgeable and friendly tow truck drivers. No complaints!

I'm a rider coach for MSF, we had a tractor trailer on our range. The company paid these guys to come out, which they did expeditiously. The driver was courteous, professional, and got the job done fast. Good work

I suppose this is kind of a strange and biased review considering my company uses this place for overnight parking and storage and not as an actual tow lot. But they are always very nice. Both the lot and the entrance to it are very very, very, very damaged and very hard on any vehicle. Much less my tractor trailer.

Semi truck broke down in Fair Oaks, and my company called them to pick me up to bring to Indy. The driver and commination from the office was great.

Bobby was an awesome dude. Came to my house and towed my vehicle to a dealership for service. Polite, respectful and treated my car as if it were his own. I would definitely use these guys again if I were ever in another jam.

You guys are awesome! Your wrecker operator was quick, efficient, polite, and helpful getting us to the garage where we got our truck repaired! Thanks and we will definitely recommend you!

Do NOT use this company. They will over charge you, then hold your vehicle hostage until you can pay them with the method they want you to pay with. They charged my company twice as much as the work should have cost then threatened to tow my vehicle and hold it hostage if i didn't pay within the hour. They would not take credit/debit card, or an ACH from my bank. They were extremely rude and impatient.

Today they were my Angel's! My class A motorhome was stuck in the middle of I-465 south and they came and rescued me and my dog. Thank you so much Interstate Towing for helping me today

Great people, quick service! Matt Smith came out really quickly! He kept calling me to keep me updated about where he was, came out on a sunday and in the rain, and all in all I had a great experience with this company. Dispatch called me two minutes after i put in a report and got Matt out to my fiancé’s car that had broke down. Would highly recommend. Thanks Matt!

My truck towed by interstate towing. They damaged my commercial truck from the Drive shaft nd the shaft is bend after they tow. When I ask them to fix it they refuse it and they are not responsible for any damage. I call the road service nd brought the new parts nd fix it. They are so rude and irresponsible people. Stay away from them I wish I could give -5 stars.

My family blew a tire out on 465 this evening and Bobby came to the rescue! He is the sweetest nicest person we have encountered in a while. He helped us out with no rush. He ensured we were taken care of and didn’t leave until he knew we were safe. Thank you so much Bobby!

Interstate Towing has amazing service. Called dispatch at 4 am and they were right there and answered the call. They provided a quick dispatch within the hour and called several times with updates while we waited on the side of the road. Matt the tow truck driver is a professional in his field. He was excellent in taking care of my vehicle and making sure we got safely home. Matt had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Interstate Towing.

My vehicle was towed by interstate Towing and the driver damaged my bumper. He did not take pictures before he towed my vehicle because he knew he had damaged my bumper. He took pictures after he got it to the tow yard. When I picked up my vehicle and pointed out the damage they refused to acknowledge that in fact it was from one of the hooks on the tow truck flatbed. I visually watched the driver do it and the company absolutely refuses to acknowledge that they are any fault and mandated that I report it to my insurance company which will only drive the cost of my insurance up. There is no reason why I should be penalized for an error by their driver. I will be reporting this to the better Business bureau the state police and anyone else that I can. Please beware of this fraudulent group of people who will take responsibility for none of their actions and could care less about your vehicle. It is sad that there are still companies out there today who put their own pocketbook in front of their customer service values. If you look at the pictures you can clearly tell that the damage is done from the tip of the towing hook. do not under any circumstance through business with this company if you care about your vehicle. They take no pride in their work and they have no integrity. And they refuse to try to make their actions right. After Response: If you have any camera or video footage of anything I would be more than happy to review it and if I am wrong I would have been more than happy to have not put this review on Google maps. But when I called no one offered to show me any video and I honestly don't need video because I was there and seeing what happened. Standard policy is to take pictures of a vehicle before you ever load it not after it is already in the tow yard. But I can be reached on my cell phone or my email address which I gave out. And if you would like to discuss this matter further simply respond and I will call again and we can try to work this out. I have much better things to do than to put out false accusations. Also I will be contacting the better Business bureau about this matter as well as the state police to let them know what type of company they are working with. No one and I mean no one would go through this much trouble for a false story!

This towing company gave 5 star service and beyond. We were really in a bind when our car broke down driving through Indy with 4 little kids. Kenny was quick to get to us and so friendly and helpful. We really appreciate your service!

Dale was awesome getting my Camry out of a not-so-easy spot! I could definitely tell that this company knows what it’s doing. I worked in emergency roadside assistance in the past so I was definitely remembering all the horror stories of how towing can go wrong. I also called the office and the employee was also very kind and helpful! Definitely a company I’d recommend to put your mind at ease.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY !!! I came here to look at a truck they are storing for a repo company the truck was run and drive but at beginning of inspection the truck would not starts just needs a small jump no big deal. I asked for help and was immediately met with opposition we’re not authorized was said. I called seller they said it’s authorized, now the problem is they want us to pay , ok $50 for a jump sure no problem nope they want 2 hrs charge please some other fees $300 for a jump for a truck on their lot . I tried to reason with owner but just like his employees rude and a I don’t care attitude. The seller offers to pay full price for the jump, so I go back, I get in office receptionist with a bad attitude said you gonna have to wait. I wait 5 min she ignored me then says it’s gonna be a bit sit down. The owner walked by shyly and says I better remove my review off google. I wait another 20 min then when I get up and ask how long it would be they tell me owner don’t want me on property I have to leave. This owner is utterly disrespectful and rude He has no business etiquette please I beg you all don’t use this company you will regret using them!

Where do I start I would leave a negative review if possible these are money hungry ruthless people there is no grace or understanding all they see is dollars signs avoid this company at all cost or it will cost you. The want to charge $300 to jumpstart a truck just outrageous please avoid this company and don’t do any business with them This mind you is a jumpstart of a truck being stored on their lot not a road service call don’t let the owner fool you with his smooth talk his reply to this is as fake as he is

WORST COMPANY HUGE SCAM!! WILL NOT DISCLOSE ALL FEES AND CHARGES UNTILL YOU DEPOSIT A $319 FEE WHICH YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK! Dropped my truck and didn’t fix back my shaft. WHAT A SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME.

After 6 hr of waiting for my insurance to find a flatbed. After cancellation one after a nother. husband call interstate towing .they were fast and nice. truck was home in 30min no questions ask. insurance cover out-of- network towing. This company reliable nice and professional and I will always go with this company over another. I rate this company six stars. Thay have my business for life . We hit a pothole on 465 and I-69 on 37th exit going towards Fort Wayne in Castleton and the tire totally snapped off of the axial and remember the roads are icy . I'm just thankful to be alive it was so stressful and every tow truck had canceled on us these people pick the phone up they had a truck out there within 30 minutes my car was home in 15 minutes after after they located the truck and pulled in on the flatbed Everyone else is trying to charge us over $230 they charged $100 and my truck was home. If you have a problem please reach out and talk to these people they're about their waking up getting up getting their money other than all the other tow truck drivers we called here in Indy that refused to even get up and go get the vehicle and cancel after cancellation always go with Interstate Towing they are the best . Me and my husband wanted thank you Interstate Towing her working so quickly to get our vehicle home we highly recommend this company.....

Called out for a simple tow. Driver hits the boom into the bumper. I imeadiatly stop him and say you just hit my bumper. I was then told I have been doing this for 30 years and I know what I'm doing. Keep in mind the bumper on the truck is only 2 weeks old. I said no I just watched you put the boom of your truck into my bumper. Once again I was told I have been doing this for 30 years..The dealership stateted that they also hit a truck on property 2 weeks earlier and was caught on camera and yet still tried to deny that as well... I wouldn't recommend this company if it where the last towing company on earth.......
