Called around 6p while helping a friend in need with their vehicle that became undrivable. They were so kind and patient with us, helped us find a safe shop to go to for repairs, kept us up to date with the tow truck arrival, and were transparent from the start on pricing and what to expect.

On our way to a bluegrass festival towing our camper our truck broke down on interstate 74. We called H&H wrecker service and not only was they prompt they was able to tow both camper and Truck. They assisted us with getting us back home. We couldn't imagine any other service to help us the way this company did. Forever grateful to Josh and his crew.

Called on a Sunday morning , was traveling to Plainfield for a job. From Huntington in. Fuel pump went bad on my truck. Called h&h for a quote to get it home. Got a good deal to get it home. Jersh with H and H Wrecker Service Lied about the pricing of getting our vehicle out of storage yard. (I finally got the exact storage facility receipt) Also, he was very evasive when I asked the towing cost up front. He subcontracted the tow to another company and told us they were the same company. The two companies are not affiliated. He basically scammed us. We are filing with the Attorney General for Business ethics and deception violations. Get something in writing from H and H before using.
It’s 30° outside. I’m waiting with my car and call the company that I thought I was told was going tow my car. This was not the company, however, the gentleman who answered the phone wouldn’t take 30 seconds to try and help me figure out my mistake. Instead he hung up on me. And then when I tried to call back, it went to an unserviceable number? If this kind of service someone can expect, I would steer clear from this company.

Had no issues was there quicker than I could get there, I had my car towed to Andy mohr Volkswagen about 2 min into them being gone I realized I left my truck keys in it went up there to get them and the car had already been dropped off and they were long gone! Great service very fast and efficient! Would HIGHLY recommend.
The service from this company is really quick. I hope never have to use them again but if I need a tow I know who I will call. My car was picked up of the highway within 45 minutes with no additional damage. They are very professional and know what they are doing.
Helped a ton getting my car to me. I live 2 hours away from indy so when I paid to get out of impound they worked with me and held on their lot until I had enough to pay for tow to my house. Also they took good care to not damage my car when putting on wrekcker.

I highly recommend H&H for any of your towing/wrecker needs! Josh was very professional and accommodating since I was not physically with the car being towed, I just arranged for it and covered the cost. Additionally, he suggested submitting the tow to insurance to see if it would be covered and it was! If I ever need assistance in the Indianapolis area again, H&H would definitely be my first call.
This nice guy took time out of his Memorial Day weekend to try a give me a jump. Literal was on his way to the cabin till I called and he came by to jump me. My battery was shot but just the effort to take time out of a holiday to try means a lot. Good dude, good service! If I’m ever stranded in this state again I will call!

The owner of the company picked up my 4x4 himself. He was very nice and my truck was safely delivered to its destination. I am very pleased and will call them again if ever I need a tow. I recommend that you call them if you need a tow.
My car battery died in the parking lot of my office. H&Hs owner picked up my call and talked me through the options I had if we couldn't get the car started. Ultimately, he came out personally, since his trucks were busy. I just needed a jump in the end.
It was amazing to have the owner come out personally. He didn't want me waiting around. His timely response meant I was able to get home and see my 5-month old before she went to bed. I appreciate it.
Made an appointment 24 hours in advance for a vehicle tow, no one shows up on time for the pick up. Call back to make sure that we’re on the same page for pick up, am told that we’re all good and it should be there shortly and that id get a confirmation call when they had a better idea of when they’d be there (Keep in mind I pre booked my towing 24 hours in advance to my car appointment). The truck never showed up, and when I tried to return call them to figure out what was taking so long, to no answer. Called back several times, everyone rang straight thru to the voice mail even though someone had just answered previously, the same person I had spoke to the day prior. Don’t do business with these guys as it’s apparent they couldn’t care less if they actually do their job or just outright say they will and won’t. Waste of time, awful experience.
These guys are amazing!! My car died on the interstate and they were on the spot for a tow!! Respectful, kind, understanding. Definitely will be put on speed dial for if I need them again or to forward them to anyone else that needs their services!! Thanks guys!
I blew out both drivers side tires& called 2 other big name tow companies & was told sorry, they have no drivers. H&H was called at 11pm & I was told 30 minutes. 26 minutes later I was towed with full courtesy & explanation. Top notch service highly recommended!!
H&H Wrecker Service is awesome!! These guys are very professional with a good fun attitude. They made a bad situation a lot better just by being personable and making sure my toolbox got where it needed to go. You can tell they actually enjoy what they are doing. They paid close attention to detail while loading and unloading. My box was 100% secure for the 24 mile ride. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are ever in need of a wrecker service!
