Everything was handled well and quickly. I called Angela at 11:00 am, and the car was donated by 3:15. Very easy group to work with.

Incredibly easy to get the vehicle donation set up and scheduled. Answered my questions and gave clear instructions on the title transfer. Vehicle pick up was on time and very fast, nothing to do! Overall, a very easy process and glad to help out a great organization.

Great organization! I contacted ChangingGears to donate two vehicles and in less than 48 hours they came to my house to pick them up and the titles were signed over. Angela and Eric were wonderful to work with, appreciate their professionalism and quick response.

I donated an old Ford Explore to Changing Gears because their mission seemed unusual. In their own words - "By making private transportation affordable, we are catalysts in making sure that the road to a thriving future is open to as many people as possible." I really like that." I have no idea what they'll use my old Explorer for, but knowing it helps someone who's trying to better for themselves and maybe those depending on them really gives me a warm feeling.

Changing Gears made this process quickly and flawlessly. Once I reached out, Todd contacted me to explain their mission and how my vehicle would be evaluated for use, forwarded instructions & picture of title instructions and set the time to pick up my truck. Even though I live an hour away, he was right on time, loaded and leaving within 30 minutes. Praying for Changing Gears ministry to continue to be blessed in blessing others!!

I decided it was time to donate my vehicle and I wanted to help out an organization that I felt could benefit the most from. I contacted ChangingGears through their website to notify them that I wanted to donate my vehicle. After entering some information on their website I received an email communication from Todd the donation manager with a list of steps needed to make the transaction. Simple, professional, and well worth it for good cause. Once I had all the appropriate documents ready I notified them that the car was ready to be picked up. We scheduled a day for it to happen and they came and took my car away. Simple, professional, and well worth it for good cause. Recently worked with Changing Gears to donate an older model Honda that we no longer needed. They were wonderful to work with and I am so happy we found an organization that would be able to use the vehicle for either training students on repair work, or getting it up to date functionally for someone in need to be able to use. Todd was great to work with! Timely, thorough and followed through when we had a hiccup on our end. I would highly recommend!

Changing Gears is changing peoples lives in our communities. It’s wonderful knowing that by donating your car you are directly helping people who are working hard to have a better life for themselves and their families. In addition to being such a great experience, they make it so easy! They pick up your car and then send you all the paperwork needed for a tax deduction. The staff are all so committed to their mission you can feel it! I highly recommend supporting this organization either through the donation of a car you no longer need or by making a monetary donation.

The Changing Gears team is awesome to work with and do amazing work! They have a clean and efficient process from start to finish. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explained how the car will be used, etc. They really will take any car - mine was a project I had given up on and was a mess. There are many outlets for donating cars, Changing Gears is one of a few with real mission and heart for the community.

Great people with an amazing mission. I donated a used car to ChangingGears in December of 2021. The process was very easy. They went out of their way to meet me at a time, place of my choosing and answered all my questions about the process. I would highly recommend considering Changing Gears when donating a car.

In 2014 I had found my dream job but was sharing a car with my mom. I have 3 children and she wanted to help me get back and forth to work. A few times early in the morning I would get up at 4am to get my mom to work then come home get my children dressed and get them to school and me to work. I would then have to leave work Downtown drive to Sharonville to pick my mom up then pick my children up from Daycare. Although I was appreciative of my moms generosity I knew that I needed my own vehicle. I found out about Changing Gears and thought it was the best opportunity for me. New Career, A chance to purchase my own car and to learn financial fitness at the same time. Everyone there were very encouraging I took classes regarding maintaining a vehicle and graduated from the course and was able to purchase a car. It was a great opportunity and I always encourage others to take advantage of this wonderful program. It definitely helped my family remove barriers and gave me peace of mind. The best part is the monthly payments were very reasonable and only last for 12 months and they also do repairs for the first year of purchase for your car. You would only be responsible for purchasing parts . I am so grateful for how Changing Gears helped my family.
