they are a certified Samsung phone authorized repair store the service was great several ppl in the store at the time of my preset appointment made online the night before while servicing a customer in front of me the service tech made sure to great me and ask if i had an appointment i said yes and he politely told he would be right with me shortly .... then when it was my turn he took the time to find out what i thought was the problem and explained he would check it and right there in front of me he did just that ... he then verified the model etc told me it would be a second came back with the needed part in a sealed antistatic bag told me it would take an hour or two ... my appointment was at 10 (i was about 10 minutes late) told him i would be back at 1 when i returned the phone was ready he showed me it was fast charging and that was it
the following morning i woke to a dead phone it stopped charging...i put the phone on my wireless charger and charged it before heading back to the store when i got there i told the service person what happened and in front of me he cracked the phone open and checked he told me he needed an hour to check it out so i left came back after an hour and a half and he was done told me the charger port was bad and he replaced it and that was at no charge to me
since then a week and a half now the phone is like brand new fast charges from 20% to 100% in a little over 45 minutes
i highly recommend batteries plus great service and was less then the deductible on the phone insurance they had the parts on hand no waiting and were able to repair it both days in a little over an hour so if you want to save money have a quick turn around hours instead of weeks and a great warranty if it fails this is the place to go

and key cut in less than 20 mins for a lot cheaper than the dealership. Great customer service!
I went out to get some car keys cut, but after a few unsuccessful stops at the big retail chains and the key-cutting kiosk, I decided to check out the Batteries Plus store on Colerain. When I got there, a really friendly woman helped me out and was super positive about getting things sorted. She was covering for the usual staff who were out because of a car accident, but she still managed to get keys cut for two of my cars. They work perfectly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service Kelly gave me.
Been trying to get a key programed and cut for over a year now they lack of workers I can't get it cut showing up two hours early or on my day off... I do not recommend this store to anyone.....
Got a replacement key and fob for my truck. After I got home noticed that the back cover was broke. Called them as soon as I noticed it and drove back to the store after talking to them on the phone.Got to the store and the store Manager Chris stated he would take care of it, Told me he would contact me when the fob showed up, still waiting over 2 weeks now and I’ve called the store just to get no response.
Battery polite technician admitted he knew little about my 6V motorcycle battery which I still wonder if poor training was the problem more than the battery...

Charge two different prices. Pull it up on Google and it's $99.95. I went into the store and they charged me $129.35. was told you have to order it online feel like it's a bait and switch scam avoid this store in Colerain township with all cost.
Went there FIFTEEN minutes before they closed. Guy working at the counter (probably the same heavyset guy with a beard that Kasey was talking about in their review regarding their phone) was rude to the customer in front of me and my girlfriend. We just needed a car key to be cut, not even programmed. Refused to cut it because we came fifteen minutes before the store was scheduled to be closed and because “he was the only person working at the store.” Made a comment saying in exact wording, “People like to come here right before we close and get pissy at night when I refuse to cut keys. My manager knows about it.” I’m pretty sure his manager doesn’t know about it, and I drove an extra bit out of the way from my house to get that key cut. I’m definitely gonna be reporting it to his manager and whatever the corporate office is. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and if you can’t complete a service you offer prior to closing, then why are you open? I hope management sees this and proceeds with disciplinary action. I work in customer service myself and if I refused a customer service like that, because we are still open, I’d be fired immediately. I wouldn’t be bothered as much if he didn’t have such an attitude.
Thank you, thank you for putting a new electric cord on my 1950’s era Telechron Originality kitchen clock. The old cord had to be removed and the new one soldered in place. I highly recommend! We had bought batteries here in the past, but I’m thrilled about this repair since few places have the technician or desire to fix old electrical items.
These guys were great, awesome customer service. They were more than willing to go out of their way to try and find a battery for my laptop. Despite them not having it in stock or in their system, they spent 20 minutes with me looking online and found the correct battery for me to order, THEN showed me how to install it myself and save me another trip. You don't find genuine customer service like that very often, so it deserved recognition. My new battery is installed and working great, all thanks to these gentlemen🙏 its much appreciated yall
If I could split my review into two I would rate the 2 gentleman at the front desk a 5 star but the phone repair man negative 5 stars. I can not begin to explain how rude this phone technician is. He was a heavy set man with a beard and bad tattoo work. Let’s just say his whole demeanor was uncalled for and unprofessional. He had nothing but rude comments and when we went to back to retrieve the phone which was not working still he rudely told us that we needed to go to the Apple Store in Kenwood, Ohio which cost another $75 when you get there. I went down to the cricket store and spoke to the polite cricket wireless manager who proceeded to help even though it’s not her problem. She got the code off the screen but we found the home button does not work. After googling and researching we found out there is only 2 ways a home button will stop working. That would be if it was a defective screen or it was not installed properly. After close examination we discovered the home button and the screen were not in line correctly. I wasted my time and my money at this place. When I took the phone back to the store the technician refused to speak to either one of us and told us to come back another day. This man is rude has no people/social skills or he is just not happy with his job. 85 bucks down the toilet. 10/10 don’t recommend.
Excellent experience. First purchase for automotive battery about 5 years ago from them. Second one for exact replacement was even easier. Good staff, attentive, reasonable prices.
I have shopped this location for a number of years and have previously given it a five star rating. Changing this to two stars, which is generous. I'd have given it one star, but perhaps the weekend staff just isn't up to snuff.
Ordered a battery which was shown to be in stock, it wasn't. No big deal, inventory records aren't perfect, but when you call before driving to the store and are told the battery is there, arrive to find it isn't, and then the staff denies having received a call even when shown the call log, that's irritating.
Was told the battery was unavailable to be ordered. Called a different store, they had it. Drove another 30 miles, but got the battery and was even offered assistance installing it.
Chris and the team at this store are rockstars and really care about taking care of their people. I went in for a simple phone repair, and ended up becoming a huge fan of the service and care i received while in the store. I was hesitant to make a costly repair for my phone at first, but it became clear right away how much pride they take in their work, and i honestly didn’t want to take my business anywhere else. Thank you guys!
My phone would not turn on, A T & T store told me to go to this store to see if they could help. Will worked on my phone & in a few mintues he was able to get my phone turned on and I did not lose any contacts or phone numbers. I am so happy, because I am going out of town and really needed my phone. If you need help I highly recommend Will! Thank you again Will.
Before I came into the store to get my iPhone screen repair (the front screen) my phone NEVER would turn off and on every 3-5 minutes non-stop. I came in to get my front screen fixed because I had cracked the screen & this was convenient location a someone recommended this place, once the phone technician guy fixed my phone(ina rush bc I made an appointment at 2 came back around 4 an the technician guy didn’t even have my phone fixed) while he was busy with multiple customers he would go back an fourth to my phone, what I thought was fixed really was not, my phone started turning off an on 3-5min non-stop, I went back to see if the technician could see what happened since my phone has never done this until he attempted to repair it, after him trying to see what was wrong from 5:20-5:45 I just told him I’m going to go to cricket to get a new phone, I went to see if they did trade-in values came back he put my phone together an was very unorganized the whole time with my phone in his care kept losing pieces to my phone while he was in the process of fixing someone else phone, he offered to give me a refund, I accepted it obviously (I have a receipt for if my refund does not go in bc I have a feeling he did not even process the refund properly) I would of never even came here if I knew he was going to break my phone an I woulda had to buy a new one leaving me broke till payday.. I truly feel he screwed me over.
Tried to get a phone battery replaced. Made the appointment and they canceled it and told me they would have to order a battery. That was fine by me. But then they said to call back the next day to make sure someone had ordered it… I called two days later and they said it was being transferred from another store and that I would get a call when it was ready. Two weeks later and still no call. I ended up going to the the Cell Phone Doctor on North Bend and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time at Batteries Plus.
Had charge port and battery replaced on iPhone XR. Phone then had warning that battery was a non genuine apple battery. Had problem that callers could not hear me if not on speaker phone. Took back and they said it was fixed. When I got the phone back the Face ID was disabled. Going to take it to Apple. Was not told that they were putting in non genuine parts and too many features disabled when they work on my phone. Not worth the aggravation.
I highly recommend this store for battery replacement on an OLD iPhone. I took my phone in and they replaced the battery. Right after, I noticed the battery drained just as fast, if not faster than the old battery. I called and they told me to bring the phone back. They replaced the battery again (no charge) AND told me if this one didn't work, the problem was the phone and they would refund my original purchase! I thought the days of excellent customer service were over, but this place still cares about their customers. I will certainly go back whenever I need any other repairs or services they offer! Thanks again!!
I'm giving this place for stars because they always have what I need in the nick of time. 2 - 1 * is because while the worker was pleasant, his customer service skills were lacking. I looked up and there were six people in the store when 4 is the limit. To which she responded two of you have to get out while I was appreciative of him respecting the storage limit. There is a way and what you should communicate to customers and it never should have gotten that far in the first place. Perhaps there should be more than one person working at this location. Because when I left there were four people standing outside while four people were inside.
I went in they were ready at my appointment time. Before they even began to service my phone I knew exactly how much I was expected to pay. And when I returned at the time expected for my phone to be fixed...it was there waiting for me! Pleasant staff. Excellent service. Speedy repair time. I will definitely recommend them.
I want to say this place is absolutely fantastic. Had battery issues with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and they replaced it quickly and correctly. Phone is perfectly fine and operates better than before now. Quick shout out to David who specifically worked on my phone and did an absolutely great job on it!
