Had a great experience with the service tech and the service advisor at Firestone. Would recommend using these guys anytime. I have been using these guys for several years and am very pleased with their work.

I called my local Firestone store in evendale Ohio and they were open on Saturday. I had a flat on my wife's car. The valve stem had broken so I removed the tire and called them and they were able to see me within an hour. Sean was very helpful. I felt the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Also, the local location was very very convenient. Do yourself a favor. If you need any tire or auto repairs, go to Firestone in evendale Ohio and ask for Sean. He'll take care of you

Sean was SUPER helpful and got me in right away for a tire replacement. The overall experience was incredible and would highly recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in need of service.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this Firestone location. My husband and I have been coming here for about 10 years, and have always found that the employees are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, fair, and kind. We have been to other Firestone locations in the area, but continue to come back to this location because the service is exceptional!

Needed a battery replaced on an avenger, which is behind the wheel well, meaning AutoZone won’t replace it. My mechanic couldn’t see me for weeks, backup mechanic was closed till Monday, needed it done on a short time frame. Went to two other places before here with an AutoZone purchased battery, told two different times they won’t replace it because of location. Called this Firestone, Matthew advised they’ll replace it, but have to use their own insured battery. Booked an appointment, was quoted $250-ish for parts and labor. Cool. Two hours later, new battery in and terminals replaced. Appreciated not being upsold on random stuff that my car doesn’t need.

The only place I bring my car for service! They remember me and take great care of my car! They have the best customer service I have experienced in car care and I’ll be a lifelong customer!

I had a great experience at this Firestone. Not only did they do great work but the staff was thorough, informative, and kind. Frank especially made it easy to understand what I needed to get done on my vehicle without making me feel pressured to purchase services. I will return!

Stopped at the shop to get an alignment done on my way from Virginia to Oregon. Car was pulling to the right and sure enough the alignment was off. Staff was very helpful and car was fixed in an hour.

I recently got my car worked on here. I had a great experience. Will was amazing. He talked through everything and answered my numerous calls with questions with patience. He was honest and fair with the pricing. He was upfront about what needed done and what could wait. My truck was done extremely quickly (I needed rear brakes, coolant, and the connector for my battery fixed). I will be returning here!

These guys are super welcoming and always willing to explain and show me what’s wrong with my car. Having to have your car serviced isn’t fun, but these guys make it as painless and simple as possible.

Sean was great to work with when my car needed new tires and rear-brakes. The whole crew has consistently great turnaround times, reasonable prices, and trustworthy recommendations. They have helped me avoid issues with great tips, and never oversell me. 10/10 highly recommend.

Dudes are cool, great customer service, good quality work, and never smells like the Chinese restaurant next door… 10/10 One thing I do recommend to the owner of this location, for the customers sitting in the waiting area, it would be nice to have tint put on the glass so we (regular customers) don’t have to bake in the sun whilst we wait.. but other than that, this location and its employees are TOP NOTCH

Shawn, Frank, and the others always looking out for me when in a pinch, always having fast availability on the fly, no questions asked. Work is always solid, never having to come back from their work, only for issues outside of it. Always have tires available or will order promptly if necessary. Highly recommend these gents!

Store manager Frank and his guys are awesome. Our company set up to get tires for our Fleet trucks. They make the experience great every time I stop for tires. Great job to the crew.

This specific Firestone location is professional, flexible and has always worked with me to find the right solution to any issue I may have arise. I even send all my adult children to this location amd they are treated like family. The manager, Frank goes out of his way to communicate with me timely. Much appreciated.

Firestone Evendale Ohio is the best !!!! Frank always gets the job done. All the mechanics there are great. Prices are always better than the Dealer. My starter motor was going out and he got me in same day. I have 2013 Toyota corolla. I can’t thank the team there enough!!! Last week I heard clicking sound. So I called Firestone Evendale talk to Frank he had me come in. I had screw in my tire they were able to fix it. I just had new tires put on my car. They were the Run Flat, and they found out I need new tire rods. They fixed it all. So thankful for Frank, Will and the mechanic Jeff. All very professional and thorough. I did not have an appointment. My car is Toyota with 170,000 miles on it. Running great!

I took my car in for a oil pan gasket change. They ended up blowing up my car after I had to return it because of lack of oil pressure. Now there is metal in my oil and my car is destroyed. The manager is rude and will accuse you of trying to scam them. When it was his shop that destroyed my car. Either they are incompetent, crooks or both. Never go there unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to get your car totaled.

Had a great experience here. We needed tires while on a trip to this area to visit friends and family. Our tires were a little hard to find, but Sean had the tires for us within two days and was able to get them on all before we needed to head back. Very friendly and efficient service. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Sean is simply the best. I had a tire issue on my rental car while on vacation, and took it to 2 other shops that couldn’t/wouldn’t help. My day was put behind by hours and seemed like I’d have to cancel my plans. Sean helped me quickly, and was very, very friendly. I enjoyed talking to him while my car was worked on. I rate him 6/5 stars. Genuinely great dude!

Frank and Sean are awesome! I've been coming to this shop for about 20 years because they always take care of my issues and are honest. The last time I came in for an oil change and thought I needed new tires, Frank told me that my tires were fine and I still had a while before I needed them. Instead of making the sale, he kept a loyal customer! Unlike other shops, I trust their work and will always pick this shop over any other for my vehicle needs!

Robert did and his crew did an excellent job. I came in with an issue and he gave me the best course of action, was incredibly knowledgable and helped fit me in when I had to leave town later that day. I can safely say this is my place to go whenever I’m in the Cincinnati area. Highly recommended, Robert will take care of you.
