In Cincinnati, OH, Beamer's Piggyback Sales & Service earns a 72/100 with mixed but generally positive sentiment. Many fleet and RV owners praise the professional, communicative staff, quick turnarounds, and fabrication/engine know-how; some even note help sourcing hard-to-find parts. Cons: inconsistent quality and pricing complaints, reports of poor paperwork/etiquette, and a few saying the facility feels cluttered. Wait times are usually short, but a minority cite delays. Inventory variety and yard organization details are limited in recent feedback.
My husband and I bought a diesel campervan from Japan that we had trouble finding parts for and/or finding someone to work on it. Beamers happily helped us as well has helped search for parts. They did a fantastic job and communicated the whole way. Beamers also works on the trucks at my husband's job and they are the most reliable company of all the places they are taken for repairs. He only has good things to say about them.
The previous owner of this company was great! We decided to give this new owner our business too. Long decision! We purchased a used rebuilt, piggyback travel over eight hours one way to pick it up and it has been problematic ever since! A lot of phone calls in the beginning, and even taking it up there and leaving it there. The repairs they were supposed to do really were never done. Now it’s really falling apart another areas I would never ever buy any used equipment from this company ever!
We use Beamer for our CDL truck service needs. The crew are great about getting quotes out quickly , answering emails and overall questions. Nick is a huge part of this . Thanks for all you !
Very happy with the professionalism, overall service and time frame completed vs. promised (early!). I will use them again if I need a repair on my RV.

My company uses Beamer's Piggyback for many of the repairs that we have to do on our fleet. Beamer's is quick on repairs and is always quick to reply to any contact. We are happy to have this partnership with such a great company!
By far the worst place to go if you want something fixed now if you want to waste money and time than this is your place. I have a background in diesel mechanics and they have no idea what their talking about they got more stuff broken then they do fixed and the place is a dump their stuff everywhere do not waste your money here if I could rate 0 stars I would
