Lou Hill who works at the front is VERY professional and VERY helpful! He helped me remove the seat covers and floor mats out of my son’s car right before closing. We had a great conversation where he never once rushed me out! He even grabbed the steering wheel cover and gave it to me as well as advised me about taking photos for the insurance ensuring I showed the great condition of the vehicle. He is one of a kind and made my experience at a tow yard extremely positive for the first time ever! My last experience was when another tow company stole items from the car before I got there. The car was in the same condition as when it got towed with even change still left untouched! I can’t say enough positive things about Lou at the Dawson location! They are amazing here!
Rickey from Schaffer was so nice. He helped pull my car out of a ditch on the highway after I slid out in a blizzard. He was helpful, understanding and kind which is what i needed in the situation i was in. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a tow.
Lou is the nicest guy ever. Helps you with your car, helps you get stuff out, tells you what to expect. THEN my car died on their lot and Lou and Gary jumped into action to help get my car running! These people are great.

Anyways, he was so awesome to me. I showed up 2 days in a row right at closing or a few mins after closing, he waited for me to get there, wasn't rude about it, never rushed me, he was definitely patient and cared about my needs! It was raining and He even offered to hold an umbrella over me when I got outta my car. I appreciate him so much! If it wasn't for him being flexible with me, my truck would probably still be there! So thank you! It's hard to come by people like him nowadays.
