Nick got my car in and out, full look over, full list of everything wrong with it, multiple repairs, in one day. Honest communication, fair prices, transparency, and integrity. Ive had multiple issues on my cars that were caused by bad service by people who didnt care to give their all. On the contrary, at zieglers, nick was incredibly respectful and explained everything well. My car no longer sings her songs of pain. Such a relief to have a happier car, thank you.
Extremely accommodating and polite. These guys worked with me on schedule to get a collector car moved. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my transfer. They sent the most talented guy, Bill, out and he worked hard to get the job completed safely. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only was the price the best and the service quick, more importantly they were professional, polite and honest as the day is long. Obviously I hope my car never breaks down again but if it does these people are on speed dial on my phone now!

They were upfront with the price, able to fix the problem with the car and keep me updated during the process, and accept my own parts, unlike some shops that charge you for diagnostic, and will not give an estimate price until that. Hard working people easy to talk to! I’d come back again!
I've been towed by Ziegler's four times over the past ten years and have been completely satisfied every time. They're pleasant to deal with, and their prices are very reasonable. Bill goes the extra mile to make customers as happy as possible. Highly recommended!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Called 3-4 tow services in my area and they were the best priced for sure! They were super fast when meeting up, the man actually arrived before we did. He had my car on the truck in LESS than 5 mins. From the time I made the call, to all being said and done, using this service only took less than 30 minutes of my time. And on top of that the man was very nice and showed a smile. I didn’t get his name but I will definitely be calling them first if I ever need a tow again.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Had my suv towed from a mechanic back home the tow driver couldn't back my truck in asked me to help him push it backwards...uhhh NO ....asked a stranger a yard or two down to help..still didn't work..then asked a few neighborhood kids to help him all under the age of15...he gave them a few $s and told them thanks...they could've been injured..BAD SERVICE...and he left my truck lopsided....
I told him AAA was able to tow it and back it in previously when I needed a tow..he said he wasn't AAA..CLEARLY RUDE DUDE..CLEARLY
Thank you Tony for diagnosing the shudder in my 2011 Honda Accord. I have taken this car to the dealer and another repair shop and they could not replicate the shudder at low speeds. Tony found it and suggested changing the transmission fluid as it was low and the car has 123k miles. That resolved the problem. I would recommend this shop.

Knowledgeable techs reasonably priced for work they do can bring your own parts for them to install. They have done several of my vehicles and saved me tons of money compared to other shops.
Driver, Jeremy, arrived sooner than expected and was pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond to give his opinion on cause to help in my decision as to where it would be towed for repair. He even removed the broken plastic part that caused the problem. I’ve not had my car towed for many years, so was surprised by the price, but was later assured by my husband it was a fair. The stellar service was worth it. Sidenote on a poor review mentioning all reviews here were by relatives...I’m not a relative. I called them because of name recognition from all the years they’ve been in business & glad I did.
We were stuck in the snow in a yard in Indian Hill and USAA was quoting us EIGHT HOURS response time. I call Ziegler and not only was the guy super nice on the phone, but they got out there right away and did the job for a super reasonable price. Don't hesitate to call them if you're in a pickle.
Beware of this place.. Most of the reviews are from friends and relatives that state how great they are.. They are dishonest, rude, and will steal from you. I used to be a customer for years when Nick worked there.. Now I’m suing them for stealing my car.. Yes, they stole my car and refused to tell me where it went.. Someone is driving my 2012 Camaro.. Just letting everyone know Jimmy. Thanks for screwing a family that supported your company for years!! But you tried this with one of your truck drivers too huh!!
I strongly recommend these guys, they are not only good but quick and very reasonable if not just damn cheap. I don't even live in Cincinnati anymore but I was told to go to them to get my used engine installed in my Jeep.
My dad is Bill Ziegler. He always has his shoes shined and hair combed, and can’t stand when his truck is dirty. He makes sure to buy snacks for his team when he goes to the grocery with my mom on the weekend and believes in hard work and good service. He’s towed for Jake Sweeney for over 40 years because they trust him and value his work ethic. If you happen to get lucky enough to have him tow your car, he would prefer to engage in a conversation, so kindly put your phone away and give it a try. I wish I still lived in town so he could tow me if I broke down, there is nothing like being in the passenger’s seat next to my dad in the truck, driving around town.
Nice guy, wasnt able to find the issue that I took my van in for, which ended up being the serpentine belt (found that out by calling a relative who is a mechanic and describing my problem, he mentioned the belt and I had a new one put on at valvoline and it solved the problem...hasn't died on me or left me stranded since), also needed a new coolant sensor that I found out by going to advance auto and having the diagnostic thing hooked up to see why the check engine light was still on after all the work I had done. Zieglers did fix some other issues though, such as brakes and tire rods, and seems to be great. The price was very fair considering they towed my van to their shop twice and did do the above mentioned repairs. Just wish they could've found that the serpentine belt was causing the battery light to come on and then causing it to die on me, so that it wouldn't have happened a 2nd time after leaving the shop. Would still go back again if needed.
Took my car in. Quoted a price at $200. Then it was $350. Payed for a new axel. Four days later same noise. Took it back said I needed a brand new part and wanted to charge me $600. Took it down the street because I felt it was a drastic new part for a 4 year old car. Took to Donovan’s and they fixed the problem for $31.00. I feel scammed.

Nothing but problems. Work took much longer than expected, and now a year later, their work is failing. Transmission doesnt always shift cleanly, especially when accelerating on to the highway. Now I was told that my CV boots are leaking, which is what Zeigler informed me of when they replaced my transmission, and I ultimately agreed for them to "fix" that at the time, as well. My family has also had very poor experiences with timely work and quality. Do not recommend at all. You get what you pay for.
Jim is so kind as well as his staff... He fixed both my wife and I cars with very short notice. We're completely satisfied with the work that was done.
We've taken several of our cars here several times. Prices are very reasonable, always treated with respect, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. Recently had another mechanic quote me $2500 to fix something on my SUV. Brought it to Zieglers- quote was $225-$1000 depending on what they found. After driving it and looking it over for a day, they couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me a dime to look at it. This will be our go to mechanic from now on.
