Great service, helped me with a quick tire repair that was about to be a dangerous hazard

Had an oil change and tire rotation done good service and this is my location that takes care of me always.

We have used this location for a variety of maintenance and emergency jobs over the years. Always dependable, competent and professionally courteous. They take good care of their customers. And that is saying something in today's world!

Went in for new tires and alignment and complete vehicle inspection. Tires was not on correctly and when I looked at the complete all 4(new tires placed) were in red! So I had to give the car back which was another hour of waiting. Then drove off and went home only to realize I was given the wrong paperwork for MY car and charged the wrong amount for ANOTHER car. I went back today 9/14/25 and they could not pull up my vehicle inspection report nor was anything emailed or text previously! Not a happy customer no one offered anything for my wait or for the multiple mistakes made that could of put me and my children in danger.

I have been using this location for years and the last few years the service has steadily declined. This latest experience was the worst. Broken lug nut which occurred at my previous tire rotation at this location, which was discovered during this visit (I have free tire rotation as I purchased my tires there- so there's never a need for me to pay someone to rotate my tires). The technician who preiously rotated my tires had to have known he broke it and did not say anything; I was made aware of the need for the repair which cost me an additional 2 hours sitting in the lounge on nasty worn out chairs, dirty floors and a FILTHY restroom for a total of 4 hours! I asked that all fluids be topped off and before leaving I checked and they had not been topped off! No appology offered. I won't be back.

I got a screw in my tire and it was leaking quickly. I pulled into this Firestone and the young man filled it. By the time I was to my destination it was leaking again. I called and they got me right back in. Everyone there was nice and very efficient. I was on the road again in no time!!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I had a diagnostic done on a vehicle, and everything from scheduling to the finished service was handled smoothly. The Service Advisor/manager (Marius) was very detailed in his explanation of problems found with the vehicle, as well as resolutions and costs for each problem area. Very thorough and honest in descriptions of the timing of required repairs...every shop does not do that. With this manager's input, and the technician's work, I would trust all my automotive needs to this shop.
