My entire suspension system is new with receipts new tie rods new control arms and sway bar links with a fresh alignment new tires and new struts with paperwork reflecting condition of my perfectly aligned suspension everything has a warranty tire discounters will not install tires or do an alignment if you have any issues to jeopardize the tires or warranty I had my taxi towed for a fuel pump only because they rigged my van up to shut off as if fuel pump randomly gave out Carters towing then caused suspension damage in the process either with their tow truck or just outright deliberately created the new issue my taxi gets regular inspections due to insurance on tires and other suspension based work, paperwork of condition is always documented been this way for years now all of a sudden my dashboard has esp as well as bas traction control warning light all of a sudden after I have a stering angle sensor code due to suspension damage caused by Carters towing tow truck be careful dealing with these people that’s not the only issue I’ve experienced with them just the only one worth giving a review about I just recently realized these people cut wires on my vehicle causing an accident I’m getting them together now just wait on it
Their insurance company is Erie Insurance they go by Shaders Towing aka Carters Towing because they cant be insured under Carters Towing just incase they damaged your property thank me later if you need more info feel free to reach out this information is for the protection of any hard working individual whos wronged by these fraudsters Be mindful these people deliberately tear your car up and make you pay for it their real name is Shader Towing legally if they ever cause any issues Carters towing is just a front name for whatever reason , common sense should tell you why
Carters towing will create issues with your vehicle and charge you for it be careful they will call the police when you acknowledge the damage caused instead of looking into it

This place held onto my car for two and a half months to fix the oil in the engine. They fixed that after the entire time, however ended up messing up other things. Whenever I would try to pull off the lot the entire car would jerk and stop while it was in Drive. They test drove it and it didn't happen. We test drove it again and it kept happening. They said they didn't see what was wrong with it. When we went to get a new car, the dealership wouldn't even take the car as a trade because it was so bad. I do not recommend this place at all. The work took a very long time and they messed up other things that had no issues prior. The car is now not safe to drive! My husband, who had driven many jacked up cars before, was even nervous! It's not safe for my son nor my family! And all of this because they went in and broke something that wasn't broke in the first place.
My alternator and battery gave out on me. CARTER'S TOWING & AUTO REPAIR towed my vehicle from my home around 3pm. My vehicle was ready and repaired at 2pm next day!
Chad and his crew were very polite, helpful, and accommodating through the process of recovering all of the personal belongings from my totaled pickup truck. From helping me get into the vehicle to sticking around on a Saturday and allowing me the time needed retrieve everything, and even helping me tarp the cab to keep out the rain. Thanks again guys!
I had my car at there shop for a new brake line for a week and then was told that while it sat my radio got stolen out of it on their property and then was told that I had to pay for a new radio that wasnt my fault. If I could give a no star I would but this is the lowest I can go.
Kept telling me my car would be finished "tomorrow " three times. They wouldn't call me back like they said they would even the notice of having two jobs. A week to work on 3 things that are literally just the basic with no communication the worst customer service I've ever experienced
Driving home from Tennessee and my Jeep breaks down just outside of Cincinnati...not knowing the area and having a nervous wife in the car stuck in the middle of the street I scrambled to find a tow service...Carters was there with a tow truck in less than 15 mins. The alternator was shot and they had a new one in and had us back on the road in just over an hour. They also stayed open past business hours to ensure we didn't get stuck overnight and could make it home back in MI. They were a miracle for us and I was lucky to have found such a quality and professional shop to help me out in a pinch. Big thank you to Carters and I highly recommend them to anyone.
