Made a deal with my son. He didn't have his registration up to date & didn't get his title transferred into his name. If he paid, Three hundred dollars for towing & storage. He could have a tow truck come to take it out. Which was good because leaving it there longer. The fees would have gone up to where he wouldn't be able to afford to get his car back.

Woman in the office was too lazy to even get up from her desk, forcing me to scream through the window. I could barely hear or understand her.

My mom’s car was stolen from her driveway in April, and she promptly called 911 to report the theft. However, it took the detective an astonishing three months to finally locate the car, which was impounded. To make matters worse, they were unable to investigate who owned the car until the detective finally found it. It’s not our fault that they didn’t discover the car sooner. Incredibly, this impound managed to obtain a title and sell the car, leaving us with the unfortunate experience of being robbed twice. This injustice is unacceptable, and the persons involved are nothing short of robbers. To add insult to injury, they were incredibly rude and dismissive of our situation while I was trying to explain our predicament. This is not fair to anyone, and it’s time for accountability. You should be embarrassed of your actions.

Was towed early Sunday morning around 1:30 am (my fault). Ubered there later that Sunday morning to find their ml card reader was not working. I tried getting to an atm as fast as I could (they didn’t have one there). Unfortunately, I came back 2 minutes past close after walking 3/4 of a mile back and forth to the closest atm, because they were cash only. The gate was locked and honestly when I showed up before then I didn’t see any employees there to begin with. So I had to uber back to my house, paid $40 in Ubers, and $7 in credit card fees just to have to pay $25 more to have it sit there another day because their credit card machine was down.

My illegal tow was 2 months ago downtown not only was my car towed with 4 others I parked there on Thursday evening no signs were posted about no parking working on the street. I came out in disbelief work equipment took place of 5 parked cars mine was a rental I had just dropped my car to be repaired from auto accident. I regained my sanity & asked the officer no signs were posted last night her reply was they are now. My vehicle was towed to the Impound lot I disputed it went to hearing 2 months later it was dismissed. it was considered an illegal tow that cost me 241.95 I'm getting the run around about my refund. I didn't wait 2 months for no fault of my own. this has to be a error. I'll be following up.

If you have all your paperwork that they tell you to bring it's very simple

$300 is just absurd. Predatory practices for vehicles parked downtown cincinnati with zero available parking on busy weekend.

I was towed from OTR on a Saturday night (which was on me) and I asked the officer in the area where it went. He told me the address and said it would be open until 2 am. I paid for a Lyft to get there and at 11 pm there was no way to get in and it was closed. I called the numbers they told me to and there was nobody there. Did the cop just lie to me? Do they have no idea what goes on at the lot? I would have been fine with just paying the fine and getting my car, but instead I had to run around in the cold and call all these different numbers just to take a second much more expensive Lyft to my home. Absolutely infuriating experience.

Hours are all over the place. They tell you one thing over the phone and it’s a different story when you actually get there. Nobody is on the same page.

Guy working was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job quit. Also charging random extra fees from what was showed online. Glad the Cincinnati police are using a company that’s just making it up as they go along. 0 stars

My boyfriend’s car was towed on a Saturday night at 11:30 pm in a random spot with 11p-5a towing hours. All the other cars in the same spaces only got tickets. Online it clearly says they’re closed on Sundays. We come first thing Monday morning and find out he’s getting charged another $30 for it being there on Sunday, even though everything online says they’re closed. Stupid that the car was towed in the first place while all the other cars got tickets and information online was wrong and he got charged even more for that. Fix your online information so people don’t have to pay even more outrageous prices. Not everyone can drop almost $300+ on a dime for an honest mistake that was only 30 mins over the time for towing. The woman at the office was kind, but it definitely doesn’t make up for all of the ridiculousness leading up to getting the car back.
