Thank you Newdawn Towing! I got a flat tire today and called NewDawn. Service was great, from my initial call, to scheduling, to the tow by Paul, who was the best- efficient and kind and took great care of getting the car and me to the tire shop. Response time was quick also for scheduling and pick up. I highly recommend Newdawn Towing and Recovery and won’t hesitate to recommend and use them again.
Broken down car, alternator went out the night before. Called in the morning about 9am, had a tow about an hour later. Very quick, friendly and an easy service to use, after my drop off I was going to walk home and my towman gave me a ride back to my house! Raymond was my driver, I thank him so very much for his kindness, and thoughtfulness with this pickup. Thank you, Newdawn!!
Ray was super helpful in getting my car towed back to my apartment. The overall service was fast and the entire team communicated with me the entire time.

Steve is the man!!! He is so helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond for us at almost 1 in the morning no less. Our car broke down after having it back only 3 days from the dealership we got it “fixed” at. When he got there he looked at our car for us and helped my husband try to diagnose what was going on AND got our car all the way back to the dealership that was all the way in Indiana. I would call them anytime!!
I can’t say enough good things about this tow truck driver. My car broke down and I was scared and stressed, but he showed up with the kindest attitude and immediately put me at ease. He was professional, patient, and genuinely caring truly an angel sent from heaven. In the middle of a really hard moment, he turned everything around with his kindness and help. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
10 Stars! Ed showed up quickly and was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, he made me feel calm and taken care of, and he did an excellent job from start to finish.
It’s very hard these days to find people who are both honest and genuinely nice, but you can absolutely trust Ed and his business. This is a family-owned company that’s clearly run with pride and integrity.

Best tow company ever! Never a good time getting towed but they go above and beyond and even went out of their way to take me to a local spot as my Tesla was charging! Great family owned tow company, highly recommend

They came a lot faster than they said they were going to which worked out great for me. Their prices are a lot better than everyone else in the industry in the driver they sent was very polite as well as informative and patient with me. I highly recommend using new Dan towing for any of your towing needs.

The tow truck driver whose name was Stephen was absolutely AMAZING!! Professional caring compassionate sympathetic patient extremely kind explained everything he was doing was going to have to do and repeatedly asked if we were ok! He made this very scary situation so much easier for me! 5 stars is not enough if I could give 100 I would. Stephen thank you for being such a bright light of hope and positivity in a very scary situation!!!
I had place a roadside assistance call through Ford and Steven with Newdawn Towing was assigned to my request. Steven was very professional and went over and beyond trying to find a solution to my issue. If it weren’t for him I would’ve never found out that my 2025 Ford Escape didnt have a spare tire as the manufacturer no longer provides them. Even though Newdawn Towing wasn’t able to help me with my service request due to my husband needing to leave the airport. Steven called and checked on my request with me and was very helpful. This guy has great customer service. Thank you again Steven.
Not fast or reliable booked an appointment 3 days in advance to be told I’d have an 2 hour wait the day of and no discount on a 185$ price. Thanks for nothing.
This towing company is outstanding and is very reliable. Their customer care is phenomenal. Thanks to Newdawn towing and recovery I made it on time to pick the kids up from school because of their fast and high quality service. Thank you guys so much for your service and efforts!!! Newdawn are reliable, dependable, and fair priced. Yall should have seen/heard the other prices i was quoted from other companies. I got to shout-out Steve. He got the job done!! Quick and Fast. Steve is thee MAN in this towing and Recovery game. And No this isn't a paid review, nor am I a family member.
I can't say enough wonderful things!!! I had two flat tires in a parking garage and most tow trucks couldn't come in there due to the low ceiling height. Right from the start I was given reassurance that they'd be able to figure it out and I could go home, they would take care of everything. I had multiple calls and texts throughout the day to keep me updated and they found a solution without having to resort to the most expensive option. Truly, the best group of people I've ever worked with. Thank you Newdawn!!
Great company and I 100% recommend them. I had other company’s cancel on me and sat for 3 hours but these guys showed up in 20 mintues. Steve was a great guy and a great help. Keep it up guys!
This was by far the easiest service I've had in a while. They arrived early, had the vehicle hooked up by the time I arrived. Had the vehicle waiting for me at the location when I arrived. Payment was available online and through a known processor. Can't thank these guys enough. I hope the tip goes directly to the driver, he was great to work with!!!
The tow truck driver, Chris, was awesome. He came connected through a AAA call and was able to get my van out of a very wonky spot. He was confident in all of his maneuvers, easy to talk to, and very reassuring!
This was one of the best towing experiences I e ever had. The gentleman towed me from Cincinnati back north of Dayton. He made sure my truck was well taken care of and was great company on the hour drive, even though he arrived over 4 and a half hours after my call to AAA.
