This place is the actual best. Had to take my minivan in to get some work done and not only did they get the job done quickly, the price was more than fair. I love that I can trust them. Another place quoted me quadruple what I paid for at Mt Healthy. There is no other place I will ever take my automobiles, the peace of mind and the quality work is truly a blessing. Thank you!

I took my Car here on a humble hoping to get some Answers & possible Repairs. Spoke with two different people who gave me "Two" Diagnosis. Left my Car with them, picked it the next Day & was told there was "Nothing Wrong" with my Car. I asked did they do a Diagnostic Test & Test Drive it & neither was done. I could tell my Car "had not" been moved since I left it there. The Vibe was not a Good One when I Walked thru the Door & I should have turned around & left & saved my Uber Money! I don't believe they even looked at my Car because it had not been moved from how I Parked it plus I took pictures. People say they are Honest but I disagree. Only thing they were Honest about is not Charging me a Diagnostic Fee maybe because, again, I don't believe they even looked at my Car. Sorry I Waisted my Time & Urber Money by going to this place.

Great Service, Great Prices. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they explain everything. No unnecessary repairs. No talking down to customers. They make you glad you brought your auto to them!

My Healthy Auto Repair..wow! Great place.. everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable..Jack was fantastic at keeping in touch with us as they worked on our jeep. We had a lot of different hands on our jeep before we took it there. There were a lot of different gremlins popping up that we couldn't resolve ourselves. Finally after quite a few referrals we ended up at Mt Healthy Auto Repair and those people kept at it until they resolved them all. Once we got it back, Jack called us back a week later to see if we were satisfied with the service and check to see how the jeep was running. Amazing service! Excellent technicians! We highly recommend this shop!

I tired taking my 2012 Buick verano there. My gas needle is not moving and when I explained to them the issue I am having. They told me my car sounds like a problem child and they don't have the time to work on my car. This is very unprofessional, they are a mechanic shop and refused to help me after telling me a week before to bring my car in. I was referred here and will not be back since my job is too much for them.

Truly the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. They are honest, they repair your car fast, and they treat you really well. It’s so hard to find a place you can trust, I can’t recommend this business enough. I will always take our car here.

I called to schedule an oil change and to make sure everything else looked good with my car. The man on the phone was so friendly and helpful, I felt so comfortable taking my car to them. I dropped my car off when they opened and received a phone call that it was ready to be picked up in the afternoon. Overall, a nice experience!

Had brakes done. Got the car back & my brakes were still bad. Took it back. They told me it was all fixed. My brakes are squealing and dragging. Spent about $1,000 for front and back brakes and I got scammed. Do not take your car here. They're going to tell you they fixed it and they're going to act like they fixed it. Please don't waste ur money&time. Worst car shop I've ever been to.

I received a blessing from a client I took care of for years. She passed and gifted me A 22 y/o car; it wasn't easy trying to find someone or a shop to work on this car due to the risk and expensive parts; I was told. I was led to call Mt Healthy Auto, In an ironic turn of events. I called and found out these guys knew my client very well and had been working on this car years before I owned it. These guys were honest, and I felt in my spirit they weren't about getting over. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks, Guys :) :)

Amazed every time at the combination of expertise, honesty, and customer service at Mt. Healthy Auto Repair. They always do a amazing job of getting what I need done at a fair price, and have helped me avoid many unnecessary, expensive repairs that “quick service” oil change places have said I needed.

This was my first time bringing my car in to this shop and I’m absolutely sold on working with them in the future. They were honest about service recommendations, openly didn’t want to do unnecessary work, and were very willing to walk me through what was needed. They diagnosed the issue one week and had an appointment available to schedule the next week to get it taken care of. They even had a loaner car I could borrow to take to work! Overall extremely friendly to work with, convenient, and reassuring.

I've taken several of my vehicles up to these guys when I've had issues and they have been quick, fair, and honest. Every time they quickly diagnosed my issues, fixed them, told me what else they saw and gave me their recommendations relating to those issues. It's nice to have a shop that doesn't pressure you into further sales. They will get my future service and recommendation. I have other friends friends who used them and have similar experiences that confirm the great service you receive. I'm always amazed at how quickly they get my work done and get me back on the road (the two they've serviced are my work vehicles and relatively older vehicles). They are my go to shop now.

I seldom take the time to publish reviews of products and/or services on the web, but I wanted to take a few minutes to provide an unsolicited customer review of my recent experience with Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair. On my way to work several weeks ago, I soon realized that my 2010 F-150 with almost 93,000 miles was experiencing some type of likely major mechanical issue that. After I arrived at the office, I decided to call Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair based on reviews I recalled seeing several months earlier. I would soon learn that my transmission had gone out. To keep my review from becoming too lengthy, I will simply say that I was extremely pleased with the service I received from this shop. I had direct contact with Chuck, Jack, and Jann. Unfortunately, I do not know the shop name(s) of the mechanic(s) that serviced my vehicle. I would like to also add that I had them check out my brakes due to periodic noise I had been hearing over the course of several years. I believe that I had three other shops attempt to diagnose the problem, and all three simply said that the brakes appeared to be fine. But I learned from Chuck that one of the brake pads was cracked. I am happy to report that for the first time in several years, I no longer hear the brake noise. Thank you, Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair, for providing a level of service that is so hard to find today. Owner's jack and chuck were personable. I do most of my work myself when i know how because it's hard to trust mechanics. However, this team made me feel trusting of them and the job was done correctly and at a fair price. My father always instilled in me to make any job look better than it did before hand. And they did just that by cleaning the old oil off of the area that had been leaking. Will definitely use them again if a need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair.

I usually like to visit a place 2-3 times before giving a review. With that being said. I've been here three times so far and each time I've been very pleased with their work. I feel like they are honest, and prices are very reasonable. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five, is because it took a little longer than expected to have my tires changed (2 days) and it wasn't communicated to me that they were behind until I reached out and called. Aside from that things happen and I understand so I will definitely return in the future and I would reccomend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough about these guys and how great they are. I have been married 33 years and have been going to them that whole time. They kept the "Wagner" fleet of cars (5 cars at one point...driven everyday...three boys ) on the road with cost effective repairs. They have always been helpful in diagnosing possible cars that we were purchasing and told us if it was worth it or not. Hats off to Jack and Chuck and all the great mechanics there. I hope one of your sons take over teh business when you guys retire. Not sure what we would do without Jack & Chucks.

Scheduled a repair recommended by my dealer. Jack inspected and test drove my car and concluded that the repair wasn't needed. I paid a small fee for the diagnosis and saved over $150 on an unnecessary repair. Thank you for your integrity!

Called and said they couldn't look at it til next Tuesday but to bring it in now just in case they get through other jobs quicker. Sure enough, diagnosed on Friday, fixed by Monday. Price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Found my new auto repair shop.

Excellent work! I had a screw in my tire as it was cold out. The guy came right out to me when I pulled I the lot and gave me directions on how to position the carso he could get to the screw. Took it right out, plugged it and filled my tire with air. Then he took the money from me and I was off. So fast I wasn't late for my appointment and such a great price I had the cash in my wallet. Definitely bring cash, card reader has been down! Great folks!

I've been taking my car here for years. I trust this shop 100% to do what needs to be done on my car. I love that they look my car over then call me with what they feel needs to be done and they'll give me a price before they actually work on anything. I've taken my car to the quick oil change places before and I end up regretting it because something always goes wrong. I would definitely recommend this shop!

My family has been coming to MHAR for over 20 years. Jack and Chuck and the guys have always been fair, honest, and taken excellent care of our vehicles. They are the reason why we get 150k to 250k miles from our cars. Their personalized service is rare in the automotive repair business and their full lot is an example of the good word spreading.
