Our car had some scratches and chips on the front bumper from an encounter with our garage and we had a great experience with Blue Ash Auto Body. Instead of a pricy repair, they buffed out what they could and had us get a paint pen from the dealer so they could touch it up. Chris was great to work with. Thanks Blue Ash Auto Body!

I have been going to Blue Ash (and Donny and Steve) for over 20 years. Their attention to detail is unrivaled and their consumer service is above excellent. I recently had a hit and run accident to my Audi Q7 that required parts and paint. The work was done, but the Blue Ash experts did not like the final result, so they redid the paint job getting a perfect match. After a week or two we noticed the blind spot indicator wasn't working since the repair. Hard to test and easy to miss. No problem. Went back to Donny, explained the situation, and they put me in a car and got mine fixed properly. They deliver excellent work and know how to treat their customers. I am lucky to have them when I need them.

My new Tesla Model Y had a bad dent on the front right front fender and slightly on the door. I easily made an appointment over the phone with Chris. Throughout also dealt with the General Manager (Don?) and the owner. All were very professional. My car was repaired in less than the two weeks promised. It was great to drop off my rental car at their location. The fender looks like new to me. There were no insurance (USAA) problems from my perspective. We recommend using Blue Ash Auto Body and would definitely use them again.

I had a small accident last week, the driver side front bumper was out of place, someone told me to take it to Blue Ash Auto Body. The guy (sorry forgot to ask his name) , who was going to look at my car and give me an estimate of the cost, took a look at the damage, applied pressure on the detached bumper and pressed it in, and voila, the bumper went into it’s place nicely, it was fixed right away on the spot. I was so amazed to see he fixed my damage in less than 5 minutes. He did not charge me anything and said he doesn’t like to charge something that is so easy to fix. He is so knowledgeable, honest and nice. Thank you very much to the nice guy who fixed my bumper today. You made my day !!! ( I should mention, the other auto body shop I took my car to couple days earlier quoted me that to put the detached bumper back will cost about $250, but there will be no guarantee how long it will stay in place. And if I want to fix it the right way, they will need to replace the whole front bumper and it will cost about $1200 ) What a difference in honesty and integrity between different shops. I know I will definitely go back to Blue Ash Auto if I ever need any work done on my car. You can trust them !

Their staff is very knowledgeable about their vehicle service capabilities. Very quick turn around on my vehicle repairs process. They took care of the whole process from the tow truck pick up through the liability insurance settlement. They have knowledge service staff ready to assist you with your next vehicle repairs. They were the only body shop able to repair my electric vehicle on the north side of Cincinnati.

I can't say enough good things about Blue Ash Auto Body! I called them about a few paint chips on the trunk of my Tesla, and they told me to bring it by so they could take a look. Not only did they check it out immediately, but they also fixed it on the spot — and the results are incredible. It looks brand new! Chris Meiners did the work, and his attention to detail was top-notch. The whole experience was fast, professional, and honest. I won’t be going anywhere else for future auto body needs. Don't waste your money at a dealership if you have a Tesla or any other vehicle. Blue Ash Auto Body delivers high-quality work for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend it!

My Tesla Model 3 has gotten body work done at Blue Ash Auto Body twice now due to getting hit while it was parked on the street. These guys are so great to work with and make the frustrating process of working with insurance so much less stressful. This most recent time they were able to work on car within two weeks of calling them to schedule it and perfectly line it up with our vacation so we could pick it up when we returned. Not only was it ready upon our return as promised, they even left the inside of it cleaner than when I dropped it off which was a fun surprise to come home to! 10/10 recommend trusting this place with your vehicle!

They have fixed my car twice now and both times it was phenomenal work! The first time they fixed it, I had no issues after. The second time they fixed it I had to bring it back because work wasn’t done that should’ve been but it was corrected after it was brought back to be fixed.

A challenging repair handled professionally by an amazing body shop! Getting OEM parts from automobile manufacturers today sometimes requires months long delays and lots of patience. I had the pleasure of working directly with Chris, Jay, and Dominic throughout my repair. To no fault of Blue Ash Auto Body, the parts for my vehicle took over 5 months to receive. Throughout the process, Chris was communicative with both the dealership on part's status and with me as to what I can expect. And it was that level of honesty from Chris that really stood out. Even though Blue Ash Auto Body had no control over when the manufacturer would deliver parts, he was still apologetic and empathetic to what could be a frustrating situation. Once all parts were delivered, Chris made sure I understood the process through the shop and a timeline for completion. At completion, an assembly error was caught before the car was delivered to me. Chris quickly advised that he would make sure the error was corrected before the car was delivered back to me. Mistakes can happen, especially with a complicated rebuild. It's about how they are corrected. And Chis managed it as if it was his own car. 10/10 Thank you to everyone at Blue Ash Auto Body for putting the vehicle back together, and in my opinion, even better than when the car was new!

I'll try to keep this review relatively short but to the point. Firstly, the workers here were all super nice and helped me get an estimate for my car repair. They do pretty good work, and they worked with my insurance quickly. That is where the good things stop, hence the 2 stars. I was originally quoted 3 days for my repair. After a full week, they told me it would take another week as they messed up the paint more. Another week went by with zero communication from them. I was told I would receive a call when the car was done. I had to call them each time to get any kind of update. The internal communication they have is also the worst I've ever seen. Each time I called, it seemed like they had no recollection of my car existing, and I was put on hold several times. Moral of the story: the body shop here does good work, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the business being terribly ran. Go somewhere else if you want repairs done.

Fantastic service, although it did take a couple extra days from the original quote. Car was detailed after the repair, which I didn't even expect and appreciate! Car looks good as new despite some pretty large dents/scratches. Jay, the front-of-house advisor was awesome. Will definitely be returning here for any body shop needs for my Tesla in the future.

Where do I even begin? The moment I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Jay S. Jay's knowledge, courtesy, and friendliness were like a breath of fresh air, and he patiently answered all my questions (and trust me, there were many). He walked me through the repair process and gave me an estimate for parts arrival and completion date (6-8 weeks total). Jay even gave me a tour of the facility. Because I had a rental, I had to continuously follow up with the shop, and was given adequate answers to help with the planning. In reality, it took a total of five weeks. Upon my return, Jay was there, ready to assist once again. He noticed my tires needed a little air due to the changing temperatures, so offered to refill them for me - above and beyond. My taillight was off, and as a result Jim came to assist. Jim was also super friendly and personable. To sum it up, my experience at Blue Ash Auto Body was so good that I wouldn't trust my Tesla with anyone else. If you want your car treated with the care and expertise it deserves, this is the place to be. They underpromised and overdelivered - traits you don't see often nowadays. Thanks to Jay and the team, my Tesla got the royal treatment. Suffice it to say, this will be the only place I'll take a Tesla to.

Got into an accident and they are one of the only Tesla approved shops in the area. They handled all of the back and forth with my insurance company and were always responsive and polite with my (many) inquiries to the status of my car. Work took a while, but that was due to the time it took to get the parts, nothing that they could do about that. When I received my car back, the work was perfect, and to my surprise it appeared as of they practically detailed the INTERIOR of the car as well. Would recommend and work with them in the future.

Extremely reliable, very friendly, comfortable to work with and professional. They got my car in right away for an estimate, sent me a more than reasonable quote within one day and took the perfect amount of time to properly do the work for me. This is the best my car has looked since I bought it!! I appreciate all the time and work the techs put into my SUV... What an underrated skill set and if they read this, I hope they know at least one customer appreciates them because I was able to get into a beautiful, safe car because of the work they did. Highly, highly recommend this shop for anything you need!!

Blue Ash Auto Body is amazing! These guys will go above and beyond for their clients. Chris was able to provide an estimate on the same day I contacted their office. Every other body shop had a 3-4 week wait time just for the estimate. They are a certified aluminum body shop which is exactly what I needed for my Audi Q7. I highly recommend Chris and his team if you are looking for a friendly and reliable body shop. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Don is the man!!! Brought my vehicle in to Tesla for some auto body repairs and windshield replacement. They sent me to Blue Ash auto body where they fixed my vehicle up quick. We were on our way out of state so they had us in and out of there in 20 minutes. Service was great. Very professional. I highly recommend them!!!

Dropped off my Tesla Model 3 on Nov 21 for body work that was supposed to take 2 weeks. Had to call towards the end of 2 weeks to check on status and was told that due to “illness” they couldn’t start work on my car and that it would take “few more days”. After few days, was told that it would be ready after 1 week (today) and that if it was not, they would give me a loaner car since my limit on rental car was going to expire. Guess what, I called today and not only is it going to be end of next week (“weather and health permitting”) but also they do not have a loaner car available. The condescension in the owner”s voice couldn’t get any worse. “You don’t understand how complex these cars are”, he says. I don’t need to and I don’t care, because I am not the “Tesla certified service center”. Seems like asking them to fulfill their word is not taken kindly in this establishment. I don’t even want to think about what kind of a job these guys will do to my car. I’m preparing myself for the worst, because so far it has been a very disappointing experience.

My tesla was here for over 5 months even though I was given a 2 month estimate. They are impossible to get a hold of and when I finally got my car I had a warning light that said they would go away and didn't. There were also several items were said to be replaced but weren't; mirrors, rims, and tires. I took the car back to get everything replaced and fixed and they said they lost the parts and couldn't fix the warning light. They said they would order the parts but never did. Not sure how these guys have any good reviews, but if your tesla gets towed, do yourself a favor and get it towed elsewhere.

Took my car in due to a sideswipe needing body work. They did it all…contacted the insurance company, provided a quote, completed the work beautifully on my 2018 Genesis. Here’s the thing, they even fixed a couple of things above and beyond the quote. Months later something was dragging from the bottom of my car just when I had to head out of state for my mothers funeral.I called them and told them I was a past customer and asked if they could squeeze me in. They fit me in the next day! The repair was very minor as a protective shield under my car had lost bolts securing it due to an oil change at the dealer. They fixed it immediately, charged me nothing, and expressed their sympathy . Good work, and great guys!

Extensive body and suspension repair on my Tesla Model X. Tom was awesome with keeping me up to date. There was an issue with a window switch after I took delivery and he sent the tech an hour away to my house to fix it. Would recommend this shop again without reservation.

For Tesla... and probably others, run away. Average work, poor communication and less than expectations set. I was rear-ended in my Model 3. Drivable so put that into perspective for this. Took them 4 weeks to get back to me. A tool broke along the way which delayed things apparently, parts late and etc but I had parts ordered and arrived before dropping car off. Lots of excuses and the work was not great. See images attached. The door ding fix looks like they used white out from the office staff and the trunk fix they didn't even bother fully painting it on the inside. The car was really dirty when I got it back inside and out from dust and their work. Even the parts replaced they didn't bother cleaning off. They are the only certified Tesla repair in Cincinnati and I'd suggest making the trip to Columbus.

We left our Tesla with Blue Ash Auto Body after an accident on the OH/KY line. They took such great care of everything. Very customer friendly...gave us thorough updates...and did a great job repairing the damage. We are so thankful to them for a terrific response in our time of need! We're happily driving back to Lancaster PA today. (And they included us in their customer plant give-away!!)

I took my accord to a shop that got 1.9 stars unknowingly i have to say i was in panic mode i called and explained my situation to Molly she talk me through the process of getting my car towed to her shop. They picked up my Honda Accord the very next morning. I met with the owners and they explained everything I needed to know about their shop and what they were capable of which made me feel very comfortable about my choice of body shops. although the insurance company totaled my Honda Accord due to extensive damage I still give them 5 stars because of the level of service I received. This is a family-run business and it shows .the commitment they have to do the very best for their customers is rare. I can't say enough about this five star body shop I am a customer for life.

Imagine my dismay when I crashed my wife's $110,000 Tesla! I know these cars are very unique and very difficult to fix correctly. My insurance company wanted me to bring it to an ABRA, which is basically a chop shop for auto body work. I demanded the only certified Tesla shop in the area, Blue Ash Auto Body. The entire experience was top notch. These guys are incredibly honest, communicate well and get the job done. When I picked my car up, there was a sensor error for the front trunk. It was 6pm on a Friday evening and the shop just closed. They called their top Tesla tech at home and had him come back to the shop. It was a quick fix and I was on my way. A few weeks later, there was a minor issue that was bother me and I brought it back to the shop. These folks went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. They have earned my business for life! Be very cautious when dealing with insurance company recommended shops. They use the cheapest shops and in turn, the shops use the cheapest parts and labor. There is a big difference between a shop that does it right vs. those that do volume for ins companies.

This shop did an incredible job making my car perfect again. I was in a fender bender on I-71S (my fault) and was pretty much beside myself when I showed up to clean out my car which I was nearly certain was totaled. This shop stopped and made sure I was properly informed; 1. While the Insurance companies "want to help you", they want to do it their way. 2. You CAN tell the Insurance companies where you want your car evaluated This sounds silly but it's something that me, someone who doesn't get in a lot of car accidents, knows nothing about. The insurance company said release it, we will bring it to our place, and I said ok. This shop stopped me, pointing out that the insurance company would almost certainly use aftermarket parts to "fix" my little Mini Cooper S (which, I might add, does not take well to normal-sized car parts, having been down that road with other auto places). They were patient, and they were thorough. This shop seemed to be genuinely fed up with watching this process, and told me they wouldn't use the aftermarket parts, they would safely rebuild my car with the parts it needed to run as well as it ever did. This shop delivered. In 3 weeks they rebuilt the front half of my car, patiently updating me along the way. They did a FANTASTIC job on the car, and when I took it to the dealership for an oil change, Mini was equally impressed by the job well done and asked for the name of the place who did such great work. A MASSIVE Thank you goes out to Blue Ash Auto Body, thank you for saving my Mini, and thank you for making it a car worth driving for years to come :-)
