I spent the entire day at Freightliner in Sharonville trying to get my coolant line replaced, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me.
After 4 PM, I contacted Hamilton, and they promptly got me in and successfully replaced the coolant line. Great place and huge parking space to drop trailer
Service was efficient and effective. Reasonable price and reasonable wait time. They fixed everything I needed (horn, washer pump, outlet, diagnostic probe) and it was a very welcoming atmosphere from phone operators to office clerks. 1000% Recommend.
Brought our utility truck to get aligned with a detrimental time frame and they return the vehicle not even aligned at all in addition they quoted us $300 for the alignment but we were left with a $500 bill. They said they will not refund us. We will not be coming back or will never recommend their services.
Great fast service I had oil pump/and intake suction manifold job ,plus vavle adjustment oil change and wheel hub seal.others things and it was done in 2 days. Will be back for more service in the future. Thanks again

Worst truck shop experience I’ve ever had. was told that the repair would take approximately two hours, but instead I was made to wait the entire day for the job to be completed. This delay caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. Despite the excessive wait time, I was charged for more labor hours than the service should have required, which does not seem reasonable or fair given the original estimate.
In addition, I was informed that the shop only accepts cash or Zelle payments. This raises serious concerns, as no other payment options were offered and no proper receipt or documentation was provided. This practice appears unprofessional and questionable.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business and I want to warn others. They lured me in with what seemed like a reasonable quote, but once the work started, I was hit with a ridiculous number of hidden fees. They charged extra for using their own tools, for time that shouldn’t have been billed, and for every little thing they could possibly tack on.
When I questioned these charges, they became confrontational and even threatened me, which is simply unacceptable. Overall, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
Horrible horrible DO NOT Recommend. Look at reviews!!! Scammers ! Will literally block you in and threaten to tow your truck.!!! If you refuse their service !!! Called them out said they could fix my truck on the spot. When they arrived they had NO tools Nothing didn’t even check out the car and said it had to be bought to the Shop. I DENIED service! Was willing to pay the call out free and mileage for their time, they blocked my car in and threaten to tow it if I didn’t pay 700 for “LABOR & PARTS “ WORST PEOPLE !!! Guy then started screaming for payment looks like the scam for a living just take a look at the shop before you go !
Got road service from this shop and they came out to me in no time. They fixed my issue and did regen quickly, in this country time is money and my time was saved here. I was back on the road and able to deliver my load on time without any hassle.

Was hard to understand female on phone which irritated me but they showed up within an hour of my service call which was 20 minutes away.I thought it was either batteries or starter.The first mechanic showed up and tried jumping batteries and then diagnosed it to be starter.He tried to get starter turned over but it was shot so I had to confirm starter repair by text messages which is their way of approving repairs to be made which was fine with me.He left to get starter but another 21 yr old mechanic came back in the 25 degree weather and laid on the concrete to get the job completed.The mechanic also made sure my bunk heater was connected so I could stay warm while he done his job.To me for being 21 yrs old he was a very good mechanic and continued his work in a timely manner,he had a good personality and was professional.Yes they do charge 3% for credit card,want a picture of card and license so I chose to pay by efs.I would use this shop again.The rates are 95.00 road call,155.00 an hour from time they are dispatched and mileage rate but it is what it is and it's fair nowadays

I am traveling south on 75 in my 40 foot class A motorhome and after getting fuel my Tire Minder tire pressure sensor starts beeping and I pulled over on 75 with all the traffic to check tire pressure and it was certainly going low I got off an exit to a mall and tried to find someone to repair or replaced tire and could not until I called Hamilton truck and tire repair in Cincinnati about an hour away. I talked to a nice lady on the phone and ask if she could replace a tire this is about 4:30 in the afternoon and she said she could do it so I put a screw in the tire to stop it from leaking pumped it up and drove to their shop.
They were such nice people they stopped what they were doing and replaced my tire this is after 6:00 PM. The owner was extremely nice and his sons helped me out with replacing the tire can’t say enough good about this business. A very nice family business and they saved me from I don’t know what would’ve happened. I had Roadside Assistance coverage from progressive insurance but they were no help at all on the phone all they wanted to do was tow the 40 ft Motorhome to where I don’t know.

They got me in a bay as soon as i arrived and found my issue within minutes and started working on a solution. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quick repair come here you won't waste your time at other places. 5 star service all around.

We Called out a mechanic and he showed up with no parts. I told them my part numbers before the mechanic left.when he arrived he didn’t speak English He absolutely didn’t do anything but talk on the phone. So my phone rang and the shop said follow my mechanic to the shop we tried to explain to them we couldn’t be off route with an Oversize load. so my Hubsand got our brakes loose ourself we drove down the rd and seen a rest area so my Hubsand said I’m gonna check the oil in the hub so we pulled into a rest check our oil.the mechanic follows us in So the shop sends me a bill for $577.00 I said that’s absurd I’m not paying that he said yes you are I said no I’m not it’s not what I agreed to. Then he started screaming at me I said maybe you talk to women like that but your not talking to me like that. I hung up on him.so I calculated what I knew we owed and was gonna send it Zelle when we got stopped again. So we proceeded on that when we seen the kenworth shop so we turned into the shop. So the mechanic shows up blocks us so we can’t get around so we went around him and he finally moved. So the supervisor of Hamilton and Tire Repair in Cincinnati Ohio shows up at kenworth dealer where we were going to get our trailer repaired asked us to trust them so we did park outside the lot on the rd while they repaired my brakes shoes, wheel seal, drum. Charged me 5.25 hrs labor.which the supervisor assured me I wasn’t going to be charged but I was Which was absurd. When we called them out I was told $99.00 and $1.00 per mile to repair and return to shop. And when they arrived it’s $145.00 per hour labor. I won’t ever be back to this shop. They assured me they would be cheaper than kenworth. $1,748.06 is what they charged me. That’s highway robbery. Especially since he never spent 2.25 hrs working on my trailer the first time. I pd them because i just couldn’t hassle with them anymore. I was mentally exhausted. So beware because I cannot trust someone that doesn’t keep to there word. I wasn’t even going to write this review then I thought about it. I’m an owner operator and I don’t want to see any other owner operators take. Advantage of. Lesson learned
Our first few visits were great! Prices were fair, repairs were quick and satisfactory but they were small fixes. After the simple repairs went well we brought a couple of bigger jobs in and everything fell apart! It is hard to understand them on the phone if you do not speak their language and they will call and tell you really fast what you need and how much it will cost and want you to approve it verbally. Asking for quotes in writing was like pulling teeth. Upon getting quote and approving they continued to call adding more on wanting verbal approval. The first big job took them a little over a week to get back to us and it derated and went into limp mode within 5 miles of leaving. They still had our other truck which took another week and ended up costing TWICE what the written quote reflected when the job was done. In addition to them not communicating efficiently about time and cost, they want payment the minute they are done with the work. Like, call you and demand you get them a money code right now! One of the times they even insisted that I pay right now and I did and the truck was still not ready when I got there to pick it up. There is a really nice guy running the place that is easy to understand and seems to know what he is talking about but there is too much going on and their customer service is horrible. After running a diesel repair shop for years myself, I am in utter disbelief that they are doing as much business as they are with their customer service and quality of work as lacking as it is.

Awesome Service! Sunday morning breakdown on Boat trailer. Leaf spring fractured leaving me in Interstate 71. Chris was the only shop to answer the call. Towed it to the shop and BOOM! Scott called Monday morning with estimate removed and replaced springs. Job completed in 24 hours. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. Thank you guys…I’ll be on the water today.
