I wouldn't suggest this place ! I just had tires put on and left and my wheel was wobbly and pulled over and had to call my step dad and he came and said these lug nuts are just barely on they was only hand tightened ,it was wobbling so bad it was about to fall off and I had all my babies in the car. Thank God I called my step dad if I would have kept driving I could have killed someone with my tire falling off and us in the car too!! Wow 😲 that is something you just don't forget to do ! I should check that twice and even test drive before giving back to the customer . I am sorry I will never be back to this place . They offered a full refund but then woman manager I guess she ,was came out and said absolutely not only $40 even after watching the video of the tire not even tightened and ready to fall off apparently they don't care about people's lives !!!
Be careful buying from these guys It’s my first car I told them I could hear a scraping noise maybe coming from the breaks and i was right ,needed new break pads and couple rotors this Carl guy said they would fix it for free if that was the problem but said it was just some stuff they just put on the breaks and should stop .point is they knew what was wrong and still lied and sold it to me anyway .
I just passed my test recently and didn’t get to drive it much before that ,took it back they said all sales are final and charged me for it anyway , so first time buyers especially should be careful i certainly regret buying from here , oh and the ac stopped blowing cold air so they told me it worked. Haven’t driven it much so god only knows what else is wrong with it hopefully nothing else .
Small private owned garage and used car lot. Service is great and affordable. The only issue is google maps has the incorrect address for this business.
RUNNNNN !!!!!! Do not go here !!! They sell bad cars and won’t fixed any problem’s wasted over $3,000 on this company .. I didn’t pay my car note due to me not being able to drive it due to engine problems & I told the owner carol about my issues and he told me to get it towed to get fix by his mechanic & that same night he came and towed my car and Wouldn’t let me get it back & he added a repo fee when I already told him the reason for it I thought we had a understanding but he played me !! He made it seem like he care & to just communicate with him which I did … he don’t care he just money hungry !! He stop answering my calls and text once I tried to see about my car . I came up to the shop 2 days after and he already got my car fixed and had it back for sale lol
Lemon alert transmission goes out on expressway an tire shreds flat line car on eway. In Tennessee You can repo this junk from Memphis impound . No good tires an no good transmission.
Heard so many good things about this place, owner is a very kind and upfront person. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Wish I had come to him 1st at beginning of year instead of loosing thousands of dollars from somewhere else...
Had my red, 2013 Charger in for service yesterday. They installed two rear tires and also two tie rods. Everything was done on time, my bill matched the quote and more importantly, my car feels like new now.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a car from here and as soon as I drove it off the lot and got on the expressway my engine temperature was at 0 and my car started smoking . Drove it right back and said they would fix whatever was wrong but 2 months later and the same thing is still happening as well as my heat and ac not working . I know several other people that have gotten cars from here that all had major issues within the first year . You will not get a car fax of the car you’re buying too. Do not buy from here unless you like lemons and have money to throw around at a car that’s not even going to last you a year .
Bought a car that had 140k miles on it for over $10000 and paid it off. Spent over 5k repairing it in a span of over 2 months only for the transmission to go out as soon as I had it paid off. Don't go here unless you want to throw thousands of dollars down the drain.
Been buying cars since@2010 always treated fair and at the end always end up on top of my purchase. Fastest repair shop ever w half labor how can you go wrong.
The owner is beyond amazing. He not only sold me a dependable car but he gave me advice and knowledge of what i was going through with my other car. He made time for me after going home for the day because he knew i needed transportation. Way to go above and beyond for a customer. I thank you so very much and will let everyone know what an honest fair man you are in your business.
Do not recommend anyone getting a car from here. They’ll charge you 2-3x the amount the car bluebooks for. They take cash payments but then act like they never received your payment if you drop it off in the drop box after hours. Very unprofessional. Didn’t give me any paperwork on my car. Changes story when asked about things. Overall a very crooked car dealership with way too overpriced cars for how old they are.
Your Auto has been a great place for me great service great prices on the cars the owner has always been respectful and willing to do whatever he can to make sure your experience at Your Auto has been a good one thank you Your Auto you can bet I'll be back to get me another one

I bought a truck there and it was nothing but amazing service! The mechanic was very nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I got a amazing truck that runs excellent for the right price. Highly recommend this amazing place they Treat you like family!
I LOVE my car. I purchased my car in February. And in March I had to bring it there 3 times. (Even charging me for tires! On a car I purchased less then 30 days ago) ball joints, brake pads, fuel pump. Cost me about $680. Ish Then May comes around. Another 520.00 for a core panel, ? Here it is July, I have a oil leak, and the car will randomly turn off in the middle of driving. Like I said, I love my car. I just wish maybe it would had been inspected properly? Tires, brake pads, oil leaks, I believe that should be done b4 selling the vehicle. I hate to say or write anything bad. This is just my experience. Maybe I just have bad luck. ☆☆UPDATE ☆☆ Was told when I purchased my car, that they make sure to take care of thier customers FIRST. I drove from Lexington Kentucky, to stop in and just have them check the "check engine " lite. (Again I was told they can do this). I walked in, told the owner Carl the check engine lite is on, and was rushed out the door saying "appointments ONLY, WE DONT JUST take cars that pull up". This has been a nightmare. Again, I love this car, but would NOT recommend this place. I'm sorry.

Carl is fantastic. There is always a risk when buying a used car. Anything can happen and its nobodys fault. In the first month of buying my car it crapped out on me. Carl didn't have to do anything really but he felt bad so he ended up trading me, allowing me to get a newer nicer car for the same price, no added costs. It's a good auto shop. A few family members and I all bought our cars from there and haven't had any problems.
Be very aware doing business here. They sell lemons. Carl will sell cars and not inform on the past history of cars. This place will take advantage of 1st time buyers.
I advise that you very much shop around before going to this location.
Not professional, he will make you feel like he the best car dealer out And he will charge you 50 if you late for 1 day and take your car if you 5 days late and then repo it and he wont let you get your car back!!!!! Dont waste your money ......he a rip off
