My car was towed on a Friday night midnight of course after hours. The owner said where I parked there is a sign that says no parking, all violaters will be towed. The sign is on a building across from where I parked. I will send pictures whenever it quites raining. He also sounds like an uncaring smart ass. I was told a lot of people where I live had their cars towed the same. We were parked there all week until Friday. He's only after money. I'm going to send this to my insurance company to see what can be done. I wish I had the money to get a lawyer after this company.
I had an excellent experience with Sawyer Towing. From the moment I called, the dispatcher, Chad, was friendly, professional, and clear about the wait time and pricing. He was calm, helpful, and really set the tone for a smooth experience. The driver arrived right on time, was courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care.
What really stood out was the owner. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in running an honest, reliable business. That kind of leadership filters through the entire team and makes a big difference.

Sawyer towing towed my vehicle from the scene of a crash I was involved in. All of my expensive belongings were taken from my vehicle. They claimed they had cameras , were going to view them and call me back. They never called me back and will not take my calls. The value of the missing items is around $4000.00. Pretty crappy.
The greatest tow truck company ever!!!! Wonderful to deal with and even better people out there than I expected in such an industry. Chad and the owner were terrific individuals and I highly recommend this company.
When AAA was blowing me off- as I was stuck 2hours away from home with my 7 year old, the folks at Sawyer were so empathetic to my situation & helped calm me to handle my situation with my car & get me home faster!
Driver was on top of his game to be the worst customer service representative on the planet. Took over an hour and a half to show up. No consideration for the heat index outside. Didn't think to tell us he has his sons in the truck so he cannot give us a ride. Expected us to just stay out in the heat and had an attitude that he had to work on father's day. Never use this towing service unless you like terrible people.
10/10 will use them anytime I need a tow from now on! They picked my car up from the side of the interstate in a very dangerous spot and brought my car to the mechanic quickly and in perfect condition. Really helped my situation be a lot less stressful and at a very good price!
Response time was excellent and the manners and courtesy was great. The call back to let me know when they were arriving was a welcome surprise. I didn't have to call them to find out anything this eliminating any anxiety.
It was towed to the impound lot and when I went to pick it up, it was damaged. They either broke a tie rod or pulled the front axle loose. The exhaust was pulled apart. And now they don't even open up until 10 in the morning. I have called my attorney and my towing company to take care of this issue. They are just out to make a quick buck. It was towed from the university
You better HOPE your vehicle doesn’t get towed by this company and you better damn sure not call them willingly. They overcharge like a MF! If you think regular towing companies charge a lot, you do not want to be in business with this one cause it’s the WORST!
Part 1….8:05 pm be there in 45 mins🤣 called and called the girl that answered sounded like she was in a bar! Nobody ever called us back or showed up! They were super rude. It’s now 11:51
Part 2….Then to make it worse after my roadside provider cancelled the service since they didn’t show up or take our calls…Jacob and another guy showed up at 11:20pm. I told the driver they were no longer needed and walked away. Then Jacob gets out the truck and wants to fight and take pictures our tags for both cars. He was high as a Georgia pine!!!!
Company is horrible there are no clear fees displayed and they charge what ever they want and they charge you for days even when they don’t open so that you can come get your car, receptionist was very rude and told us to get out when we asked her for a itemized list of fees, I would never use this company if I had the option.
Customer service was horrible. They were very rude, kept telling us unhelpful information, and talked down to us when we tried to clarify information that THEY gave us. They will talk you in circles. Owner is very rude too. Do not recommend using them at all.

Sawyer Towing towed my car on a Saturday night after their business hours. Towing my car isn’t the issue, I was at fault. But they wouldn’t allow me to get my car until Monday. My house keys were in my car. I stood out side in 30 degree weather freezing and was inconvenienced majorly. If you can tow a car at 1am then we should be able to pick our car up during those hours. Not wait until Monday. I understand accountability but if you’re closed then be closed. This is greedy and heartless. People have lives, responsibilities, and families to feed. I don’t feel that a minor mistake like parking in the wrong spot should effect someone’s life so negatively. Paying the cost is one thing. But throwing off someone’s life duties and schedule is outrageous. Ill make sure this information gets out and the issue is addressed. This can’t be right. This company seems parasitic.

Super helpful and friendly, guess it would be easy to leave a nasty review but who's fault is it when we park where it says not to? I learned years ago when I screw up I need to eat crow and roll on. All I can say is no damage to my car and they were a pleasure to deal with. If they are this good when I screw up I imagine they are even better when you request a tow. I'll definately call them if I need a towing service ..
Horrible company.......Tow truck drivers driving over 50 mph in a residential area with posted speed limits of 25....... Very rudely gave me the middle finger for blowing my horn to get him to slow down.
Then when I called the office to report the drive the sloth that answered the phone thought it was funny and said he must have been in a hurry...... I said well now you will get a Bad Google review......he laughs again and said who cares we dont yse Google for anything!

BEWARE!!! This company is using fraudulent advertisements and shady work practices. They are rude and uncooperative. You WILL be OVERCHARGED for their services whether you called them or they just decided to tow you to get to someone else’s car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
These people should be ashamed of themselves. Someone crashed into me Friday and they picked the car up. This place is closed on Saturday and Sunday so of course I had to wait until Monday to get my car! They charged $400 for me to get my car out! Just highway robbery and greedy. That’s sick
Very unhappy with attitude of ownership she was very rude and unhelpful. Police called them to tow my vehicle after an accident while traveling. Living 2 hours away and they won't make arrangements for me to get my vehicle back. Thanks Police .I hope the city and county knows what they put visitors through.
Messed up my car when it was towed. Muffler was on the ground, brake line was snapped, huge dent left on my car, and one of my back wheels is out of line. When I watched one of the drivers drop off a car in the impound lot, the car was rubbing up against one of the cars parked in the lot.

Poor customer service, the guy was rude and didn't have exact change, so I was over charged, he was pretty fast releasing my car only after showing up an hour after the opening time. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude was trifling. Oh and did I mention he towed my car unintentionally, in an attempt to get some one else's car. Just unprofessional

Called to let them know my SHOTGUN was STOLEN out of the vehicle. Manager said he's not responsible for stolen items. I called cincinnati police department to let them know the situation and why they are using this company to pick up cars that have been in a wreck. CHARGED 4x the amount of a normal tow as well.
Unhelpful and difficult to work with. Had it not been for an emergency situation and the police calling them, I would not have used them. After trying to deal with them after the tow, I will definitely not use them again.
Went to pick up my personal belongings out of my car today at their lot at Byrneslake Ct. Money that I distinctly remember that was in the car was gone. They looted all the quarters (about 7 dollars) out of my car that I put in last week. The man was nice and respectful and said he would tell his boss but nothing should have been stolen in the first place. Car was towed after an accident that was not my fault. Will be filing a police report even though I don't care about the money. Seems that they go through everybody's things in cars that they tow and that is wrong.
EDIT- reassure me? You guys are petty thieves. It is blatantly obvious that you guys were the ones responsible for all the things missing in my car.
I needed to set up a tow within Cincinnati OH however we are located in Pennsylvania. This company was a pleasure to work with and very efficient. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for great service.
