To whomever was answering the phone this morning you need to go back home and start over he had the hugest chip on his shoulder!!! Wish I could remember his name cause i would have put it on here for everyone to see!! I told him it's a 6 cylinder yeah i know that!!! Really then I couldn't get to the vin # as of the moment I was gonna have to call back then all I heard was a click just horrible customer service !! Sir we customers pay your BILLS!! YOU JUST LOST YOUR COMPANY BUSINESS BEING SMART!! STAY HOME IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE AT WORK!!!
Good tool selection. Although they didn't have the part I was looking for. Which was kind of shocking based upon the size of the store and the number of people working there, I would of reckoned they had the water pump I was seeking.
I called to order my front brakes and waited 3hrs to get them thinking they would be right then come to find out they ordered back brakes instead. So I didn't get what I ordered then they said they could get them then said they couldn't so if you want the wrong parts you should go there. I wish I could give 0 stars
I said "I'll buy it" to an expensive item and the staff member kept suggesting other less expensive options and how I could make the best decision. I loved how it made me feel like they cared more about me than the current sale. Give them a shot. Great experience.
I stop by this location whenever I’m working in the area and need parts/tools, they typically have what I need. Everybody I’ve dealt with is helpful and friendly. No complaints, glad they’re around.
Awesome help by a mechanic who's probably had his hands on a piece of equipment or two over the years. Their competitors, whose name we will not mention merely run cash registers. I always go back there if I want expertise.
