These guys showed up at an accident we were involved with years ago. The guy was rude and told me "Were taking the car." I never had the chance to use AAA or call someone. No idea who called them. Maybe the police?
They a good job and kept the vehicle locked up, so no argument there. The guy was just a jerk and bossy.

My dad and I had an upper control arm break on I-275 and struggled to get help. After calling Bill's Towing, our driver, Ryan came within ten minute and provided service unlike any that I've experienced in this industry. This man is not only good at his job, but he truly cares about others. He stayed with us as long as he needed to before leaving us. If anything, this man deserves a raise. Thank you so much for helping us when no one else seemed to want to. We won't ever forget what you've done for us, Ryan.
Called because I had a flat on the side of the highway. I was told they would be there within the hour and they were. Once there, the drive had my vehicle hooked up and on ready to go in less than 5 minutes. They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. I hope to not need towing any time soon, but they will be my first call if I ever do.

My Aunts car had stopped working and she called AAA. They were to send someone but after about 3 hours they never came. We called and they said that they were sending a tow truck from Bill's Towing. Bill's Towing Service was there within 15 to 20 minutes my Aunt was relieved and the service was Amazing, fast, and well under control. The Tow Truck driver was very Kind and Patient with my Aunt (she was upset with the service from AAA). And we appreciate Bill's Towing Service. We also greatly appreciate the Lady (Karen I believe) who provided the service with the location of my Aunts car and letting us know when the Tow Truck would be there. Bill's Towing and all that work there are Outstanding. Thank you
Rick the driver was very professional and prompt. He was friendly and took care of getting my car to the dealership for repair quickly. Would not hesitate to use this service again.
This is a great towing service. Maybe a little pricey ($70 to their shop, $80 to others), but they showed up when they said they would and were super professional.
Senator is my new favorite super hero. A mattress that flew off a car got lodged under my vehicle on 1-71. He was able to raise my car and dislodge it in the dark on a busy stretch of highway. Super impressed! Great professional and friendly service. And quicker than promised!
