Driver Willie came to pick up my truck to tow it to the shop, he was very pleasant and helpful with getting my truck to the service center. He was able to get it started to get it backed out of the driveway with no issues and now it’s off to the truck doctor to get fixed…. Thanks for your help again Willie.

Not only did he tow my car and get the key out of the ignition, he made sure to drive me to a safe location where I was warm and able to be home as soon as possible. Thank you Josh for everything. Vic was amazing! As soon as he got my request he was heading my way. He called me prior to arriving and was very friendly in helping me get my truck towed safety to the shop. Checked the truck out was very knowledgeable and told me what was wrong. Even though it was a bad start to my morning he made it a lot better in being so nice and having good conversation. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. They baited and switched my college age son on a tow. They first shared that the tow would be $100 and then once the car was in route to its destination, they called him and let him know that it would actually be more like $300. Had we known this we would have found an alternative way to move the vehicle. The owner, who would not give me his name, responded to my saying what he did was bad business by calling me a bad bad parent because I wasn’t guiding my son through the process step by step. He took no ownership on baiting and switching my son. This business is not trustworthy and I would avoid them at all costs.

Josh picked me up on a AAA roadside assistance call - a blown out tire. Josh confirmed my location - and was very quick, professional and considerate in getting me towed to a AAA service station. Thanks Josh !

THEIFS !!!!! Place is an absolute joke. They illegally towed a boat at the direction of the Cincinnati Police Department Without first checking to see that the boat had Kentucky registration numbers on it. I would think owning a tow company, You would have basic knowledge about which states require license plate plates on trailers and which states don’t. Then when I call them to inquire about it, the lady that answers the phone was extremely rude. It’s not my fault you guys are uneducated on laws I’m sure I’ll end up getting the last laugh because the Ohio State police have agreed with me and I will be filing a stolen vehicle report With the state troopers and forwarding the footage of their tow truck, pulling the boat away.

Stuck on side of the road and it's Kevin from Northgate Towing to the rescue. I didn't have to wait long. Loading and unloading went smooth as silk. Cost was bearable. Van placed right where I wanted it, even though it was a bit of a difficult spot. Kevin was a pleasure to meet, and a fine asset to his company. If I ever need a tow again, I won't hesitate to call Northgate. Well got my second tow from Northgate today, and met Brandon. He is another CHAMP in his field. Took no time to load, then dropped off my vehicle like delivering a baby. An impressive employee in a time that is hard to find people who want to WORK! AAA+

I needed to have my truck towed to the shop. I put in for a tow via AAA. Northgate towing answered the call. Steve notified me instantly and checked in again as he got close. He was very professional and loaded the truck with no hassle. When I reached out to request an ETA for the trucks arrival at the shop, Steve called me back asap, and informed me he was already there. on my way to work and this truck almost completely wiped me out. did not check his mirrors AT ALL before merging over THREE LANES and almost squashing my car. Even after honking at him driver proceeded to force his way in front of me and if my brakes were not good i would have been done for. White man with light brown/maybe ginger hair. license plate on the truck is PJZ3185. would not trust him with my car if he cant drive an empty tow truck without being a danger.
